The profiles describe different parts of business finance: Haball focuses on B2B payments and supply-chain financing, while PostEx pairs e-commerce delivery with financing for merchants handling cash-on-delivery orders.
What Forbes Asia’s 2025 recognition means
The list is an annual selection of private Asia-Pacific companies, not an award for a specific product and not proof that a company leads its market. Forbes Asia’s fifth annual 100 to Watch feature, published August 26, 2025, included 100 companies. Its eligibility rules called for Asia-Pacific headquarters, private ownership, for-profit status, annual revenue of no more than $50 million, and total funding of no more than $100 million through August 15, 2025. Forbes said editors considered industry and regional impact, market fit, business model, innovation, consistent revenue growth, and ability to attract funding. Forbes Asia Team’s 2025 list and criteria
The feature does not give a company-specific explanation for Haball’s or PostEx’s selection. Their listed services can be understood in light of the broad criteria, but it would be inaccurate to present that connection as Forbes’ stated rationale.
What Haball does
Forbes’ 2025 profile identifies Haball as a Karachi-based finance company founded in 2017. It describes the business as a B2B fintech provider offering Shariah-compliant supply-chain financing and payment services in Pakistan, including digital invoicing, tax compliance, and working-capital financing. The services are aimed at business transactions rather than consumer banking.

The profile says Haball had processed over $3 billion in payments. It also reports that in April 2025 the company raised a $52 million pre-Series A financing package: $5 million in equity led by Zayn VC and $47 million in strategic financing from Meezan Bank. These are figures reported in the Forbes profile, not independently audited metrics, and they describe information available for the 2025 list rather than a current operating snapshot. What PostEx does
Forbes’ 2025 profile describes PostEx as a Pakistani hybrid logistics and fintech company founded in 2020. It serves online retailers in a predominantly cash-based economy. The company began as a delivery service and then added upfront payments to e-commerce merchants against cash-on-delivery orders, collecting the amount due from buyers when orders arrive. That model can help sellers address the wait for COD proceeds while using a consolidated courier operation.

- Used Book in Good Condition
The profile says PostEx acquired logistics provider Call Courier in 2022 and that the deal made it Pakistan’s largest e-commerce delivery service. That is the profile’s claim, not an independently verified current ranking. It also reports a $7.3 million pre-Series A round led by Conjunction Capital in August 2024, with planned Middle East expansion as the intended use. The expansion reference reflects what the August 2025 profile said was planned at the time; it does not establish the company’s current expansion status. Forbes Asia’s PostEx profile
PostEx’s website lists logistics, COD delivery, financing, and a business suite, and displays its own notice about inclusion in the 2025 Forbes Asia list. It also promotes same-day delivery and nationwide COD services; availability should be confirmed for the specific service area. PostEx website

- It confirms that Forbes Asia included both companies in its 2025 100 to Watch selection.
- It does not establish a current market ranking, independently validate company-reported figures, or guarantee future performance.
- It offers a snapshot of how the list described each company in 2025; service details, financing and expansion plans may have changed since then.
