The available evidence does not establish that Nico Caprez is Jensen Huang’s son-in-law, an NVIDIA vice president, or Huang’s “consigliere” and main contact for neocloud companies. The Information’s accessible excerpt describes Caprez as Madison Huang’s boyfriend and says he joined NVIDIA as a corporate development manager in February 2024. NVIDIA’s public filings confirm that Huang’s adult children work at the company, but do not name Caprez or confirm his relationship or job title.
What the available reporting says about Caprez
A search excerpt from The Information’s report, “Nvidia’s Quiet Rising Stars? The Son and Daughter of Billionaire Founder Jensen Huang”, by Anissa Gardizy, identifies Caprez as Madison Huang’s boyfriend and a London Business School classmate. It says he joined NVIDIA as a corporate development manager in February 2024.
The article page is subscription-gated, and the accessible excerpt does not substantiate the stronger claims that Caprez is a vice president, acts as Huang’s “consigliere,” or is the company’s main contact for neoclouds. Those descriptions should not be treated as verified facts on the basis of the excerpt.
Is Nico Caprez Jensen Huang’s son-in-law?
The accessible passage calls Caprez Madison Huang’s boyfriend, not her husband. It therefore does not establish that he is Jensen Huang’s son-in-law. NVIDIA’s 2026 proxy statement separately confirms that Huang’s daughter and son are employed by NVIDIA, but the passage does not name either child or mention Caprez. It cannot confirm his relationship status.

The proxy also says neither child shares Huang’s household, is an executive officer, or reports directly to him. Those disclosures concern Huang’s children, not Caprez.
Is Caprez an NVIDIA vice president?
The documented title in the accessible excerpt is corporate development manager, with a reported start in February 2024. That is the role the available material supports; it does not establish a later promotion to vice president.

NVIDIA’s Investor Relations management roster displays Jensen Huang and selected company officers and founders. Caprez is not listed there. Because this is a leadership roster, not a complete employee directory, his absence does not prove he has no later title or leadership role.
Are the “consigliere” and neocloud claims confirmed?
The accessible excerpt and NVIDIA disclosures do not independently corroborate that Caprez serves as Huang’s “consigliere” or as his main contact for neocloud companies. No attributable statement from Caprez, Huang, or NVIDIA in the reviewed material confirms either characterization. Without the full reporting and further confirmation, they remain unverified descriptions rather than established responsibilities.

What NVIDIA’s family-employment disclosure does—and does not—show
NVIDIA’s 2026 proxy statement is primary evidence that Huang’s adult daughter and son are employed by the company. It also says their fiscal 2026 compensation was set under practices for employees with comparable qualifications, responsibilities, and positions, without Huang’s involvement. The filing does not name Caprez, say he is related to Huang, or document his role.
Accordingly, the most supportable account is narrow: The Information’s accessible excerpt reports that Caprez was Madison Huang’s boyfriend and joined NVIDIA as a corporate development manager in February 2024. The stronger claims about marriage, a vice-presidential promotion, advisory status, and neocloud responsibilities are not verified by the cited public material.
