A report by the Los Angeles Times on her death certificate said cardiac arrest was the immediate cause of death and Alzheimer’s disease was a contributing condition. The report said Welch had not publicly disclosed the illness before her death. She was cremated six days later.

Who will inherit Raquel Welch’s estate?

The Los Angeles Superior Court says its online name-search service covers probate cases from 1983 onward and is updated daily: Los Angeles Superior Court probate case-name search. The existence of that index does not show that Welch’s estate was probated, and no Welch-specific filing or result is established by the sources cited here. A claim about an inheritance would require a specific record and its legal status, not just a search-service description.
