BryanAI is a separate, free app feature, according to Immortals; neither the app nor the concierge program is proven to make its users live longer.
What the $1 million announcement meant
In a February 2026 launch announcement, Johnson described Immortals as a highly managed health service priced at $1 million per year, with three places. He said it would include a dedicated concierge team, 24/7 BryanAI, extensive testing, continuous data tracking and access to therapies. Those are launch claims, not confirmed current terms. Johnson called it “the world’s best health program,” promotional language rather than an independently established ranking. TechCrunch’s February 2026 report covered the launch; his announcement reproduced on LinkedIn gave the price and slot count.
The current Immortals Concierge page describes a fully managed, application-based service and asks prospective clients to inquire about pricing and availability. It does not confirm that the launch price or three-place limit remains in effect. Treat the million-dollar figure as what Johnson announced, not a current quote.
What Immortals currently describes
Immortals’ current site presents several components: concierge care management, online prescription protocols, biomarker testing, an app with BryanAI, and Blueprint products such as supplements, nutrition products and devices. The company describes the concierge process as setting a baseline with diagnostic tests, managing care and logistics, and adjusting a personalized plan using data. These are descriptions of the service, not independent assessments of its effectiveness.
#1 Best Overall
Concierge care
The concierge offering is the part most closely associated with the $1 million launch announcement: a managed service combining testing, tracking, care coordination and access to therapies. Its current page does not publish a price or promise a specific number of openings; applicants are directed to ask about both.
BryanAI and the app
Immortals currently describes BryanAI as an AI health companion in its app, which it says is free. The company says the AI can draw on connected wearable data, uploaded biomarkers and other health information to tailor recommendations. It says a user can start with existing phone or wearable data—including sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability and activity—without buying a biomarker panel, prescriptions or supplements. Listed integrations include Oura, Whoop, Apple, Fitbit, Eight Sleep, Dexcom, Ultrahuman, Polar and Withings. See the company’s app overview and wearable-data information for its current feature descriptions.
Biomarker testing
The Immortals Biomarkers page currently advertises $365 per year for two rounds of testing and more than 160 measurements. It also says users can upload results from other providers and receive a protocol and AI health companion. Price, measurement count and included features are company claims that may change; they do not by themselves establish how accurately a test predicts aging or future disease.
The page quotes Immortals chief medical officer Carl Seger, M.D.: “Most labs tell you whether you’re sick today. We chose biomarkers that can help tell us how fast you’re aging, whether protocols are working, and where to look next.” That explains the company’s rationale for its panel, but the quote is not independent validation that its measurements determine a person’s aging rate or lifespan.

Prescription medicine
Immortals says its Medicine service uses board-certified physicians, has no membership fee and charges only after a doctor approves treatment. It is limited to adults 18 and older in eligible U.S. states, and some medications are unavailable in some states. A licensed clinician determines treatment eligibility; this is not unrestricted access to prescriptions. Check the company’s Medicine page for current state availability and terms.
Blueprint products and protocol
The official Blueprint store sells optional products including supplements, nutrition products, devices, skincare, haircare, bundles and stacks. Their presence in the catalog does not mean they are required to use BryanAI or Immortals, or that buying them extends lifespan. Johnson also makes protocol information available on his official protocol site; the company describes that protocol as having 67 health interventions based on more than 1,000 clinical trials. Those are brand descriptions, not independent proof of lifespan benefit.

What a buyer can—and cannot—conclude about longevity
Immortals presents a program built around measurement, population-level research and personalized protocols. Monitoring biomarkers, sleep, activity or other health data may help a user and clinician track health information and make decisions. That is different from demonstrating that a program increases lifespan.
No independent clinical outcome evidence establishes that purchasing Immortals extends human lifespan. Johnson’s reported personal biomarker results are brand-reported measurements; they do not show that he has extended his lifespan, or that a customer will. TechCrunch noted at launch that Johnson had not demonstrated that he could outlive other people. The available claims therefore support describing what the service offers, not promising that it teaches a proven way to live longer.

How to think about the cost as a personal-finance decision
Separate the free entry point from optional purchases and the managed concierge service before committing money. A person curious about BryanAI can start with existing phone or wearable data, while the current biomarker page lists a paid testing option. Concierge pricing requires an inquiry. Prescription care has separate eligibility and clinician approval. Blueprint products are optional retail purchases.
- Ask what is included in a current concierge quote: testing, clinician time, care coordination, therapies, app access and any ongoing fees should be itemized rather than inferred from the launch announcement.
- Ask what costs recur: distinguish annual service charges from tests, prescriptions, supplements, devices and other purchases.
- Decide what outcome you are paying for: access, convenience, monitoring and personalized recommendations are not the same as a demonstrated increase in lifespan.
- Do not treat health data as a substitute for care: discuss medical decisions and prescriptions with a qualified clinician, and check privacy and data-use terms before connecting accounts or uploading results.
For someone who mainly wants Johnson’s general approach, the official protocol information is available without buying Immortals. A fitness tracker for sleep and activity may provide data to an app, but Immortals lists integrations rather than endorsing a particular device.
