Reports describe suspected scams using the Vos Logistics name, including fake job or task-work offers and a residential parcel-handling approach. Those reports are not official confirmation that Vos Logistics operated the offers or websites. If you received an offer, check the role and recruiter through contact details you find independently on the company’s recruitment site before sharing information or sending money.

Is Vos Logistics a scam?

The reports concern suspected impersonation of Vos Logistics, not proof that the company itself is a scam. MalwareTips described alleged remote-job offers connected to a site called “Vos Logistics Mall,” while two Scamwatcher pages contain user-submitted accounts of a job website and a parcel-handling approach. These are third-party allegations, not independently verified findings or official company statements.

The reviewed results did not include an official Vos Logistics statement confirming these specific reports. That does not establish that no official warning exists elsewhere, and the available accounts do not identify who operated the reported sites or approaches.

What the reported approaches involve

“Vos Logistics Mall” task-work offer

MalwareTips published a report on January 3, 2024 describing alleged unsolicited remote-job offers and a portal called “Vos Logistics Mall.” According to that report, users saw apparent earnings from simulated tasks and were later asked to pay upfront charges to release those earnings. This is an account by a third party, not an official company finding. Read the MalwareTips report.

Parcel-handling request

A Scamwatcher user-submitted report dated December 14, 2023 describes a purported job asking someone to document packages delivered to a residence. The page also includes a commenter’s account of sharing identification information. These claims have not been independently verified; the report does not establish who made the request or whether it was connected to the company. Read the Scamwatcher report.

Purported job-offer website

A separate Scamwatcher user-submitted report dated December 11, 2023 alleges that a job-offer website used the Vos Logistics name and an email address on a non-company domain. That allegation alone does not verify the site’s operator or show that every message using a similar address is part of the same scheme. Read the Scamwatcher report.

How to check whether a Vos Logistics job offer is real

  1. Find the company’s recruitment site yourself. Do not rely on a link in the message you received. The recruitment site publishes job information and recruiter contact details. Open the Vos Logistics careers page.
  2. Check whether the opening appears there. If it does not, ask the company to confirm the specific role before proceeding. A listing alone does not verify an unsolicited message or the person contacting you.
  3. Verify the recruiter using independently obtained details. The careers page lists recruiter Rick Jans-Beken, an email address at voslogistics.com, and a telephone number. Details can change, so consult the current page and use its published contact route to ask whether the role and contact are genuine.
  4. Pause before paying or sharing sensitive information. The reports describe requests for upfront payments and personal information. These are warning signs to investigate, not proof by themselves that an offer is connected to the reported cases. Verify the employer through a channel you found independently rather than using contact details supplied only by the approach.

Do company records or similar names prove a connection?

No. UK Companies House lists an active company named VOS LOGISTICS LTD, company number 11562892, incorporated September 11, 2018 and registered in Tamworth. That record identifies a particular UK entity; it does not connect that entity to the reported websites or job approaches. Check the Companies House record.

A Better Business Bureau profile also describes a business called Vos Logistics in Lewisport, Kentucky. The BBB profile says it does not verify the accuracy of third-party information in business profiles, so the listing is not evidence that a reported recruiter, website, or parcel request is legitimate. What to do if you already responded

  • If you paid a fee, contact your bank or payment provider promptly and ask whether the payment can be stopped, reversed, or disputed. Keep receipts and messages.
  • If you sent identity documents or other sensitive details, contact the relevant issuing authority or financial institutions for advice on protecting the affected accounts or documents.
  • Save the offer, website address, email headers, payment requests, and any parcel instructions. Do not continue using links or phone numbers from the approach as your only means of verification.
  • Contact Vos Logistics using the current details on its independently located recruitment site and ask whether the named role or recruiter is genuine.

The reports do not establish the operators, current status of the sites, or how widespread these approaches are. Treat each offer as unverified until the company confirms it through a contact route you obtained independently.
