Does UTIX require attendees to use cryptocurrency?
UTIX’s current site says buyers do not need to manage a wallet or seed phrase. That reduces the blockchain-specific steps the company says customers will encounter, but the available sources do not independently confirm the complete checkout experience, payment methods, or which features are live in each market. Organizers should test the attendee purchase and entry flows relevant to their events before adopting the platform.
Can organizers white-label UTIX?
UTIX says its white-label API can be customized with an organizer’s colors, logo and domain, and that documentation and support are included. This may suit an organization seeking a branded ticketing experience, but the checked information does not state API pricing, integration time, eligibility by geography, support response commitments or service-level guarantees. Ask UTIX for those terms and confirm what is included before planning an integration.

What is known about UTIX’s legal identity and regulation?
UTIX’s homepage FAQ says UTIX LTD is registered in Malta and has offices in London and Barcelona. Its footer instead names UTIX, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, and gives a New York address. The site does not explain the relationship between these names. Before signing up, organizers should ask which legal entity will contract with them and which terms apply in their country.

That label alone does not establish that the ticketing service is regulated, nor does the available information identify what entity or asset the claim covers. What should an organizer verify before choosing UTIX?
The available material describes product features but does not establish independent testing, current prices, uptime, customer outcomes or comparative performance. Before choosing UTIX, get clear answers to the practical questions that affect your events:
