This model offered the lowest upfront cost and Apple’s familiar 10.2-inch design with a Home button. It made the most sense for basic browsing, streaming, reading and light tablet use—especially for someone who already owned Lightning accessories.
The trade-off was age. It uses the older Lightning connector and has a less modern design than the tenth-generation model. Its remaining software-support horizon is also less certain than that of the newer iPad. Buy it only when minimum cost matters most and the price is genuinely close to the historical $199 level.
10th-generation iPad: $299
Amazon also listed the 64GB Wi‐Fi tenth-generation iPad for $299, or $50 off its $349 reference price. That was also characterized as a record low in the September 2024 report.

For the additional $100, buyers received a newer design, a larger 10.9-inch display and USB-C connectivity. That makes it the stronger modern-platform choice for students and everyday users who want to keep using current USB-C accessories.
The important limitation is storage. The 64GB configuration can fill quickly with games, downloaded video, photos and large apps. Buyers planning several years of use should consider whether a larger-capacity model or a newer alternative offers better long-term value.
Which iPad was the better buy?
| Buyer need | Better choice |
|---|---|
| Lowest possible upfront cost | 9th-generation iPad at the historical $199 price |
| Newer design and USB-C | 10th-generation iPad |
| Existing Lightning accessories | 9th-generation iPad |
| Longer-term accessory compatibility | 10th-generation iPad |
| Light browsing, streaming and reading | Either, if the price gap is substantial |
| Heavy games, offline video or large photo libraries | Neither 64GB model is ideal |
| Modern everyday tablet for school | 10th-generation iPad, if the extra $100 is acceptable |
At the reported prices, the ninth-generation model was the savings leader. The tenth-generation model was the better choice when the $100 premium fit the budget and USB-C, newer hardware and design mattered more than the lowest possible price.

When checking an old or similar marketplace listing, confirm that it is specifically Wi‐Fi, 64GB and new. Amazon prices can vary by generation, storage, color, seller and condition. A renewed, used, open-box or cellular listing should not be compared with the historical new Wi‐Fi deal.

- Up to 15W phone charging;
- Up to 5W Apple Watch charging;
- Up to 5W charging for compatible earbuds;
- A foldable design weighing about 6.9 ounces;
- No internal battery, meaning it is not a power bank.
Anker recommends using the included or compatible 40W USB-C Power Delivery adapter for best results. Check the package contents for the exact model at Anker’s official product page. The listing identified in the research showed a $109.99 price and a discount indicator, but that is a separately observed listing detail—not proof that the September 2024 promotion remains active.
“Up to 15W” is not a promise that every phone will charge at that speed. The station is designed for compatible MagSafe-style magnetic iPhones, Apple Watch models and AirPods with wireless-charging cases. Thick or non-magnetic cases, metal attachments, cards and pop grips can interfere with alignment or charging. Qi2 and MagSafe-related compatibility should not be treated as identical across every phone and accessory.
Does buying two accessories really save money?
Only if both products are useful. For example, two $100 accessories would create a $200 subtotal. A 15% discount would save $30, reducing the subtotal to $170 before tax and shipping.

That is a real discount, but buying an unnecessary second charger is not a financial saving. Before using the offer, check:
- Whether both products are eligible;
- Whether a code must be entered or a coupon clipped;
- Whether the offer stacks with other discounts;
- Shipping, tax and return terms;
- Whether a single-device Qi2 charger would meet the need for less.
The 3-in-1 station is easiest to justify for someone who regularly charges an iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods together. It is a poor fit for someone seeking a portable battery, using a non-magnetic case or needing only a basic charging pad.
Anker also lists a different foldable-pad product, model A25M8, at a separately displayed $89.99 price on another product page. Compare the model number, shape, included adapter and charging specifications before assuming two similarly named MagGo products are the same.

Quick Recap
How to evaluate a similar deal now
- Verify the configuration: generation, Wi‐Fi versus cellular and storage capacity.
- Verify condition: new, renewed, refurbished, used or open-box listings are not equivalent.
- Compare the total: include coupons, tax, shipping and any required accessories.
- Match the hardware to your use: 64GB is adequate for lighter use but restrictive for substantial media and games.
- For chargers, identify the model: check the model number, included adapter, device compatibility and case requirements.
- Use “lowest price ever” carefully: it should mean a specific configuration and condition at a particular retailer and date—not every version of the product.
