Who is the richest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member? In Parade’s January 1, 2026 estimate list, Kathy Hilton ranks highest at a reported $350 million—but Parade counts her wealth with husband Rick Hilton, and Kathy is a friend of the show, not a full-time wife. Kyle Richards is listed at $100 million combined with Mauricio Umansky. These are media estimates, not verified personal balance sheets, and they cannot be compared as if they measured each woman’s independently owned assets.
There is no reliable current net-worth figure for every past and present full-time cast member. The most useful view is therefore a dated ranking of published estimates, with friends of the cast separated from wives and older figures clearly marked as historical.

How to read this ranking
RHOBH premiered on Bravo on October 14, 2010. The series’ season history shows a changing cast across its seasons, but the available season 15 rosters differ between sources. Rather than claim a definitive current lineup or a complete lifetime list, the tables below identify the people included in the published estimates and distinguish full-time cast members from friends where the source does so.
- Reported estimate: An entertainment-media estimate, not an audited disclosure or confirmed account balance.
- Household or family wealth: Some listed amounts combine a cast member’s wealth with a spouse’s or rely on family wealth. They are not necessarily the cast member’s individual assets.
- Different sources, different methods: Online rankings conflict, sometimes substantially. Where the figures conflict, the article does not present one as definitive.
- Gaps are real: The available lists do not establish a current estimate for every former wife. A missing name should not be read as having no wealth.
Recent reported estimates: Parade’s January 2026 list
Parade’s January 1, 2026 ranking includes recent cast members and friends. The amounts below are Parade’s reported estimates, not independently verified figures. Its list combines household wealth for Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton; its Natalie Swanston Fuller amount is explicitly speculative.
#1 Best Overall
- This is the complete Season 2 (20 episodes) plus the 3-Part Reunion Special AND Lost footage.
| Person | Parade estimate | Status or qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Kathy Hilton | $350 million | Friend of the show; combined with husband Rick Hilton. |
| Natalie Swanston Fuller | $300 million (?) | Friend of the show; speculative estimate tied to a possible division of Simon Fuller’s reported wealth. Parade says the actual settlement is not known. |
| Kyle Richards | $100 million | Full-time cast member; combined with Mauricio Umansky. |
| Sutton Stracke | $50 million | Full-time cast member; Parade does not state a comparable household or calculation method. |
| Jennifer Tilly | $40 million | Friend of the show. |
| Rachel Zoe | $30 million | Full-time cast member in Parade’s list. |
| Bozoma Saint John | $30 million | Full-time cast member in Parade’s list. |
| Dorit Kemsley | $25 million | Full-time cast member in Parade’s list. |
| Erika Jayne | $5 million | Full-time cast member in Parade’s list. |
| Amanda Frances | “Multimillionaire”; no numeric amount | Full-time cast member in Parade’s list; no exact estimate supplied. |
Parade’s full list is one dated snapshot, not a standardized valuation. For example, Legit.ng’s 2026 table gives Bozoma Saint John $10 million rather than Parade’s $30 million, Dorit Kemsley $5 million rather than $25 million, and Amanda Frances $30 million rather than a non-numeric description. Both lists give Kathy Hilton $350 million, Natalie Swanston Fuller $300 million, Kyle Richards $100 million, Sutton Stracke $50 million, Jennifer Tilly $40 million, Rachel Zoe $30 million, and Erika Jayne $5 million. The overlap does not make those figures verified.
A separate season 14 roundup by Taste of Reality, published April 12, 2025, says its amounts were collected from Celebrity Net Worth and are alleged. It gives Bozoma Saint John $10 million and Dorit Kemsley $50 million; it also notes a conflicting $30 million Bozoma figure elsewhere in its own text. These differences are a reason to treat online rankings as estimates, not to select a single number as settled fact.

Older reported estimates: a 2015 snapshot of former and earlier cast
Bustle published the following estimates on November 18, 2015. They are historical figures from a secondary source, not current net-worth values. Bustle does not explain a consistent method, and its list appears to mix marriage, family business, and professional income. The amounts should not be compared directly with Parade’s 2026 list.
| Cast member | Bustle estimate, November 2015 |
|---|---|
| Kim Richards | $100,000 |
| Taylor Armstrong | $400,000 |
| Brandi Glanville | $1 million |
| Kathryn Edwards | $2 million |
| Eileen Davidson | $3 million |
| Erika Jayne | $5 million |
| Lisa Rinna | $8 million |
| Joyce Giraud | $10 million |
| Kyle Richards | $30 million |
| Yolanda Foster | $45 million |
| Camille Grammer | $50 million |
| Adrienne Maloof | $50 million |
| Lisa Vanderpump | $65 million |
| Carlton Gebbia | $150 million |
Bustle’s 2015 ranking is useful only as a dated record of what one publication estimated then. For instance, its $30 million Kyle Richards figure is not directly comparable with Parade’s $100 million combined household estimate from 2026.

What the rankings do—and do not—say about the richest cast member
On Parade’s January 2026 list, Kathy Hilton has the highest published amount, but the figure combines her wealth with Rick Hilton’s and she is labeled a friend of the show. If the question is limited to a full-time cast member, Parade lists Kyle Richards at $100 million combined with Mauricio Umansky. If the question is whose independently owned personal assets are greatest, these estimates do not establish an answer.
Natalie Swanston Fuller’s $300 million entry is especially unsuitable as a settled ranking: Parade marks it as speculative and says the actual settlement is unknown. It should not be presented as a confirmed divorce settlement or a verified personal fortune.
Even visible spending and a reported household estimate do not establish who owns an asset or who is liable for a debt. The New York Times’ 2021 reporting on Erika Jayne’s storyline described court allegations involving Tom Girardi and payments from his firm for Jayne’s entertainment-related expenses; those allegations are not proof of her current net worth. The Times’ report illustrates why spending, household resources, and independently owned wealth are separate questions.

The published snapshots do not provide a credible current amount for every person who has been a full-time RHOBH cast member. Bustle’s 2015 figures cover only a subset and are now historical; newer lists center on recent cast and sometimes include friends. For cast members absent from those lists, the evidence here does not support a current numeric estimate. Filling those gaps by carrying forward an old number or guessing would make the ranking appear more complete than it is.

That limitation matters because the show’s cast has changed over time, and a season-history list is not the same thing as a current financial ranking. The season history is useful for identifying tenure; it cannot verify net worth.
Why reported net worths are hard to compare
- Ownership is not always individual. A household estimate may include a spouse’s business interests or assets, while an individual estimate may not.
- Family wealth is not automatically personal wealth. A family business or a relative’s fortune does not establish the amount one cast member owns.
- Settlements can be unknown. A possible division of marital wealth is not a known settlement amount.
- Methods are rarely transparent. The cited rankings do not provide a common valuation date, asset list, debt calculation, or consistent methodology.
- Estimates can disagree sharply. The 2026 sources’ differing Bozoma and Dorit amounts show that a ranked list may reflect a publisher’s estimate rather than a stable financial fact.
For broader context about the franchise’s relationship with celebrity and tabloid media, the Library of Congress hosts a book chapter discussing RHOBH and reality-TV media dynamics. It is not a source for financial estimates.
