A discount is useful only if the model and final cost make sense for your household. Before comparing offers, identify the exact product and check the terms that can change what you pay.
- Match the exact model. Compare model numbers, capacity, dimensions, finish, and included accessories. A similar-looking model may have different features or a different reference price.
- Compare final checkout totals. Include delivery, installation, haul-away, taxes, and any required add-ons. A service benefit can outweigh a larger advertised markdown, but only if you qualify and would otherwise pay for that service.
- Read bundle and rebate rules. Confirm which products must be bought together, whether a rebate requires a separate submission, and when the savings arrive.

- Set a baseline before the sale. Track the same model’s regular street price so you can distinguish a meaningful reduction from a discount measured against an inflated reference price.
- Compare offers across retailers. Check whether the manufacturer’s promotion is available through the retailer you intend to use, and note any participating-location limits.
- Calculate the all-in price. Add delivery and installation costs, subtract only rebates or gifts for which you meet the stated conditions, and account for haul-away if you need it.
