Steve Harward’s business-growth story is framed around relationships before transactions: listen closely, look for ways to help, and build partnerships rather than treating every interaction as a sale. A December 2025 ClickFunnels Radio listing presents that approach alongside Prime Corporate Services’ reported growth, but it does not independently verify the company’s revenue or prove that relationships caused it. The useful lesson is therefore a business philosophy to examine—not a guaranteed formula for financial success.

What Harward’s relationship-first approach means

Steve Harward is identified as the founder and CEO of Prime Corporate Services in profiles and a podcast listing. The December 3, 2025 ClickFunnels Radio episode, “How To Build A Nine-Figure Business on A 90% Partnership-Driven Model with Steve Harward – CFR #793,” describes his approach using ideas such as generosity, listening for “heart spark moments,” and acting with care. The listing calls the model partnership-driven and says it grew through affiliate relationships.

In practical terms, “relationships before transactions” means the first question is not simply how to close a sale. It is what the other person is trying to accomplish, whether you can help, and whether a collaboration could create value for both sides over time. That can lead to a referral or sale, but it does not require one in every interaction.

How this differs from a transaction-first approach

Approach Primary focus Likely trade-off
Transaction-first selling Move a prospective customer toward a defined purchase. Can produce a direct path to revenue, but a short-term sales focus may leave less room to develop a broader partnership.
Relationship-led growth Build trust and identify ways to help or collaborate over repeated interactions. May create referrals or other opportunities over time, but requires sustained effort and does not guarantee a sale or a measurable return.

These are ways to think about the approaches, not measured performance comparisons. The sources available for Harward’s story do not report comparable acquisition costs, conversion rates, revenue per partner, or results against a direct-sales alternative.

What is reported about Prime’s scale—and what is not

The reported figures vary by source and date. A 2023 TechAnnouncer profile described Prime as an eight-figure-a-year business with nearly 200 employees and said it had helped more than 150,000 entrepreneurs. A Four Rooms Mastermind member profile, accessed October 8, 2026, describes the business as nine-figure, with over 400 employees and more than 170,000 entrepreneurs helped; that page gives no publication date. The December 2025 ClickFunnels Radio listing also reports more than 170,000 entrepreneurs helped.

These are publisher-reported profile and episode figures, not audited financial or workforce data. The sources do not provide financial statements, explain how “helped” is counted, or independently corroborate the figures. The nine-figure description appears in the episode title and the Four Rooms profile, but neither supplies a revenue calculation. Read each claim as attributed to its source rather than as a verified account of Prime’s finances at a particular date.

How to interpret the “90%” and partnership claims

The “90% Partnership-Driven Model” wording is part of the ClickFunnels Radio episode title. The listing does not explain what the percentage measures, its denominator, or the period it covers, so it should not be treated as a verified statistic about Prime’s revenue or customer acquisition.

The episode description attributes more than 700 affiliate partnerships to Harward’s relationship approach. It does not define what qualifies as a partnership, give a date range, or break down the revenue or growth associated with those relationships. The description supports saying that the show presents partnerships as central to the story; it does not establish how much they contributed to the company’s results.

What entrepreneurs can take from the model

The approach can be useful as a way to build a business development practice, provided generosity is not confused with an obligation to provide unlimited unpaid work or with proof that a particular strategy will pay off. For a small business owner, the practical value is in making conversations more useful and collaborations more deliberate.

  1. Ask about the other person’s goal. Learn what they are trying to solve before proposing your product or asking for a referral.
  2. Offer relevant help. Make a useful introduction, share information, or clarify a problem when it fits your expertise. Be clear about what you can and cannot provide.
  3. Look for a real fit. A partnership should serve an identifiable audience or business need; a large partner count by itself says little about quality or outcomes.
  4. Agree on expectations. Clarify responsibilities, referral terms, customer consent, and how either party can end the arrangement. Put material commercial terms in writing.
  5. Track outcomes over time. Record referrals, qualified leads, conversions, costs, and time invested. Compare those results with other channels before deciding whether the relationship is worth continuing.

These steps make a relationship-led approach testable in your own business. They are not claims about the exact operating system Harward used: the episode listing is not a transcript and does not provide a detailed playbook or outcome data.

Why relationship-led growth is not automatically better

Partnerships can extend reach, but they also require time, coordination, and trust. A referral may not convert; a partner may have a different standard for customer service; and a business that relies heavily on a few sources can be exposed if those relationships end. Direct acquisition, meanwhile, can offer clearer control over messaging and measurement, though it also has costs and limits.

For a personal-finance-minded entrepreneur, the important question is not whether relationships sound more appealing than selling. It is whether a channel produces sustainable, profitable customers without creating risks or obligations the business cannot support. Keep records, protect customer information, disclose relevant commercial arrangements, and seek qualified legal or tax advice for questions specific to your business.

What this story does—and does not—show

Harward’s profile is a case study in how a business leader and a podcast listing frame relationship-led growth. It offers a set of ideas—generosity, attentive listening, and partnership development—that an entrepreneur can adapt and measure. The available pages do not establish that those practices caused Prime’s reported scale, how the “90%” figure was calculated, or whether the same model would work for another business.
