Forbes estimated Steve Wynn’s real-time net worth at $4.3 billion as of September 11, 2026. That is an editorial estimate, not a publicly disclosed or audited accounting of his assets and debts.

How much is Steve Wynn worth?

Forbes lists Wynn’s Real Time Net Worth as $4.3 billion as of September 11, 2026, and identifies his source of wealth as casinos and hotels. The figure is a dated estimate: asset values and market conditions can change, and it should not be treated as a timeless or exact total. Forbes’ Steve Wynn profile

Forbes’ profile page was not directly accessible for verification here; the estimate and profile details are based on the search-result text. They have not been checked against Wynn’s private financial records.

How Wynn built his wealth

Forbes describes Wynn as a co-founder of Wynn Resorts, which he co-founded with Elaine Wynn in 2002. His official biography traces his casino career to 1967, when he acquired a stake in the Frontier Hotel and Casino, and describes his later resort-development ventures. Why Wynn Resorts’ assets are not his personal net worth

Wynn Resorts is an integrated-resort operator, not a list of assets owned personally by Steve Wynn. Its 2025 Form 10-K says the company operates Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau through its approximately 72% ownership of Wynn Macau, Limited, and also describes its Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor operations. Those company properties and ownership interests should not be added to Wynn’s personal net worth. Wynn Resorts’ 2025 Form 10-K

Historical ownership information does not fill in the missing personal balance sheet. Forbes’ Elaine Wynn profile says she held an 8% stake in Wynn Resorts when she died in April 2025, and that Steve Wynn sold all his shares in 2018. Those facts offer ownership context, but do not disclose Wynn’s current assets, liabilities, or the inputs used to calculate Forbes’ estimate. Forbes’ Elaine Wynn profile

What the estimate does—and does not—tell you

  • It is Forbes’ estimate: the $4.3 billion figure is attributed to Forbes and dated September 11, 2026.
  • It is not an audited personal balance sheet: the estimate does not provide a public itemized accounting of assets and liabilities.
  • It is not Wynn Resorts’ value: the company’s resorts and holdings belong to the company, not automatically to Wynn personally.
