Steven Adler’s net worth is listed at an estimated $10 million by Celebrity Net Worth. That is a publisher’s estimate, not a confirmed or audited account of his assets and debts; no independently verified current figure has been established.

How much is Steven Adler worth?

Celebrity Net Worth displays an estimated net worth of $10 million for Adler. The site says its figures generally draw on public sources and are estimates unless otherwise indicated. There are no primary financial disclosures or independently verified records in the available sources that confirm his present assets, liabilities, or total wealth.

Why the estimate is difficult to verify

A net-worth figure requires more than a record of past earnings. It reflects assets and liabilities at a particular time, and the sources available here do not provide a verified accounting of Adler’s current finances. Nor do they establish his current income from royalties or other work. The $10 million figure should therefore be understood as Celebrity Net Worth’s estimate, not a verified personal balance sheet.

Career and the reported 1993 settlement

Adler is best known as Guns N’ Roses’ original drummer and a songwriter. Celebrity Net Worth says he left the band in 1990 and later worked on projects including Adler’s Appetite and the band Adler. The profile reports that a 1993 lawsuit settlement included $2.25 million in back payment and 15% of royalties for music Adler recorded before his firing.

That reported settlement is historical context, not proof of what Adler is worth now. The sources do not establish how much he received over time, what royalty income he currently earns, or how past proceeds relate to his present assets and liabilities.

Adler’s own account of leaving the band

In an interview republished by Louder from Classic Rock on January 27, 2026, Adler recalled his dismissal and said: “I was stunned. The thing was, we were a gang. So often I’d get into fights in bars defending them. To me, I had my dream taken away. But there again, I understand now why they had to do it. I was out of control, and didn’t even realise.” The interview provides his perspective on the departure, not evidence of his current finances. Read the interview at Louder.

What his memoir can—and cannot—tell readers

Adler’s memoir, My Appetite for Destruction: Sex, Drugs, and Guns N’ Roses, is a source for his account of his career, addiction, and financial collapse after leaving the band. The publisher, Open Road Media, identifies Adler as the author and describes those subjects. A memoir can offer personal context, but it does not independently verify a current net-worth estimate.
