Savyour announced that it would cease operations by March 20, 2025. The company’s reported notice gave users until that date to redeem cashback credits from their Savyour wallets to a bank account or digital wallet. That deadline has passed, and the available reporting does not confirm a current way to recover any balance left behind.
Is Savyour shutting down?
Yes. Savyour announced a planned end to its services by March 20, 2025. ProPakistani reported that the app and website would no longer be accessible after that date. The report described the announcement as a company statement, not a quote from a named executive. ProPakistani’s February 27, 2025 report covered the announcement.
When did Savyour shut down?
The announced final day for the customer redemption window was March 20, 2025. Savyour’s reported notice said the app would remain operational through that date so customers could redeem cashback credits. The report said access to the app and website would end afterward; it does not establish the status of every app version or service endpoint today.
An AppBrain directory listing later reproduced the March 20 sunset notice and showed the app as unavailable on Google Play. That is secondary directory evidence, rather than confirmation of the status of every Savyour service.

How could Savyour users withdraw cashback?
During the announced transition period, the company said customers could redeem credits from their Savyour wallets to bank accounts or digital wallets. ProPakistani quoted the company notice: “For our customers, the app will be operational till March 20, 2025, to ensure their cashback credits can be redeemed from their Savyour wallets to their bank accounts or digital wallets.” This was guidance for the period ending on the stated date, not a guarantee of a withdrawal option afterward.
Can I still withdraw my Savyour cashback?
The reported redemption window ended on March 20, 2025. The sources reviewed do not verify a present-day remedy for former users with unresolved balances, a currently operating support channel, or a later company update about recovering funds. ProPakistani reported that Savyour planned to communicate directly with partners about financial closure and next steps, but it did not report the final outcome of those arrangements. Do not assume that a historical support contact or withdrawal route still works.

What did Savyour say about the closure?
The company described the shutdown as a planned strategic transition. Its reported statement said the decision had been made 12 months earlier and referred to transition work, internal restructuring, and experiments around emerging opportunities. The available report does not establish one definitive underlying cause, so the closure should not be attributed to a specific financial or operational problem on this evidence.

- Funding: ProPakistani reported that Savyour raised a $3.3 million seed round in 2021 led by Zayn Capital and Global Founders Capital.
- Growth and reach: ProPakistani attributed 52 percent month-over-month growth and service in 58 cities to claims made by Savyour’s platform. These are not independently verified current figures.
- Brands and orders: EcomNews.pk’s February 27, 2025 report said Savyour had partnered with more than 650 brands and processed over 200,000 orders in less than a year. Those figures are as reported by that outlet, not independently audited.
