Verdict: PBN Invest should not be treated as a legitimate regulated forex broker. The brand was operated by Capital Tech Ltd, a Marshall Islands-registered company that was named in regulatory warnings in Europe. Italy’s CONSOB ordered the company to stop offering unauthorized investment services through www.pbninvest.com, while Austria’s FMA said Capital Tech Ltd was not entitled to conduct licensed banking transactions in Austria.
That record is enough to make PBN Invest unsuitable for depositing money. It is more precise to describe the broker as unauthorized and unsafe than to call it a criminal scam, because the cited regulator notices establish unauthorized activity—not a criminal fraud conviction.
What is PBN Invest?
PBN Invest was an offshore trading brand associated with Capital Tech Ltd. Historical broker reviews described it as offering forex and CFD trading, with claims of MetaTrader access and leverage as high as 1:400.
Those are historical claims, not verified current terms. The company’s present website status, account conditions, payment methods, withdrawal rules and regulatory position could not be confirmed through a current official source. Anyone presenting old leverage, spread or platform details as if they were current is relying on outdated information.

- BUILT FOR YOUR MARKET, FUTURES, STOCKS, FOREX, OPTIONS & CRYPTO: 4X is a mindset and process journal, not a strategy tool tied to one instrument. The plan, the trade log, the deep dive and the weekly review work the same whether you trade ES, EURUSD, SPY or BTC. Traders use it across all five markets every day.
- THE 2026 EDITION, REBUILT FROM TRADER FEEDBACK: Same trusted system, better in every way. An extra daily page for more room to log the session. Weekly reviews now grouped with each week's trades, so no more flipping back and forth. Crisp, darker print that's easy on the eyes after hours on a screen. A Quick-Start QR that scans straight to step-by-step instructions.
- NOT A NOTEBOOK, A COMPLETE 12-WEEK SYSTEM: Start with a one-time 9-part Trading Plan (your market, setups, risk rules and discipline checklist). Then twelve identical weeks: five Daily Logs, five Deep Dive trade pages, and a two-page Weekly Review. 189 guided pages, roughly 80 trades. Guided prompts walk you through every step. You never stare at a blank page.

Who operated the broker?
The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) identified the operator as Capital Tech LTD and associated it with both www.pbntrade.com and www.pbninvest.com. The warning gave the following address:
Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Islands, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960
A Marshall Islands address does not demonstrate that a company holds a forex, CFD or investment-services licence. It indicates a corporate registration location, not authorization to serve customers in countries such as Italy or Austria. The Marshall Islands’ own registry describes its entity-search system as providing corporate-registration information; company registration and financial-services authorization are separate matters. See the Marshall Islands entity-search information.
Regulatory warnings against PBN Invest
Italy: CONSOB ordered the activity to stop
Italy’s securities regulator, CONSOB, announced on October 18, 2018, that it had taken action against entities providing investment services without authorization. The announcement included:
- Capital Tech Ltd
- The website
www.pbninvest.com - CONSOB Decision No. 20594, dated September 26, 2018
CONSOB said the company was offering investment services and activities to the Italian public without the authorization required under Italian law. It ordered the company to put an end to the unauthorized violation under Article 7-octies(b) of Italy’s Consolidated Financial Act.
This wording matters. Some online articles describe the action as CONSOB “blacklisting” or “shutting down” PBN Invest. The official announcement is more specific: it ordered Capital Tech Ltd to stop the unauthorized investment activity. It does not, by itself, amount to a criminal fraud judgment. Read the CONSOB announcement.

Austria: the FMA said it was not licensed
On October 30, 2018, Austria’s FMA published a warning naming Capital Tech Ltd and the two PBN websites. It stated that the company was not entitled to conduct banking transactions in Austria that required a licence.
The warning also said Capital Tech Ltd was not permitted to trade commercially on its own account or on behalf of others under the cited Austrian Banking Act provision. This is a direct regulatory statement that the company did not have the authorization needed for the relevant activities in Austria.

The FMA warning is especially important because it connects the legal entity, the PBN Invest domain and the claimed financial activity in one official record.
Were related Capital Tech brands also warned?
Additional warnings involving related brands increase the risk assessment, although they do not automatically prove that every brand operated in exactly the same way.
| Regulator | Brand or entity named | What the warning said |
|---|---|---|
| Spain’s CNMV | PBN Capital, Capital Tech Ltd and Pbox Ltd | Listed as an unauthorized entity on July 22, 2019, in connection with pbncapital.com. |
| Belgium’s FSMA | PBN Capital, Capital Tech Ltd and Pbox Ltd | Warned that the operation was not permitted to provide banking or investment services in or from Belgium and advised the public not to transfer money to accounts mentioned by the firm. |
| Ireland’s Central Bank | Capital Hall/Capital Tech Ltd | Warned that the firm was not authorized to provide investment services in Ireland and noted that customers of an unauthorized firm would not qualify for the Investor Compensation Scheme. |
The related-brand warnings do not constitute a court finding that all of the businesses were identical. They do show that the same corporate name appeared repeatedly in unauthorized-firm warnings across several European jurisdictions. The relevant records are available from the CNMV, the FSMA and the Central Bank warning reproduced by the MFSA.
Trading conditions: what can and cannot be verified
Historical reviews reported that PBN Invest advertised:
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems- Forex and CFD trading
- MetaTrader access
- Leverage of up to 1:400
- A fixed spread of approximately 3.4 pips
These details came from older third-party review material. They should not be treated as current offers. There was no verified current official price list or account page available to establish the broker’s present conditions.
In particular, the following claims remain unverified or outdated:
- That PBN Invest currently accepts new customers
- That it still offers MetaTrader 4
- That leverage is currently 1:400
- That spreads are fixed at 3.4 pips
- That a particular minimum deposit applies
- That withdrawals follow a specific processing timetable
- That the business has permanently closed
A trading platform, attractive leverage or a professional-looking account dashboard does not prove that a broker is authorized or that customer money is protected.
Customer complaints and alleged withdrawal problems
Public reports about PBN Invest and related brands include allegations of difficulty recovering deposits, bonus-related account complications, poor communication and continued solicitation after regulatory action. These reports are warning indicators, but they are largely user-generated or published by consumer-assistance websites rather than independently audited evidence.

That comment does not independently establish what happened to the money. It is therefore important to separate the evidence:
- Verified: regulators identified Capital Tech Ltd as unauthorized for the relevant activity.
- Reported: customers described withdrawal, communication or bonus problems.
- Unproven: claims that the company manipulated every trade, stole every deposit or committed a particular criminal scheme.
Regardless of whether every online complaint can be substantiated, an unauthorized broker does not provide the protections investors normally expect from a regulated firm, such as formal complaints procedures, client-money rules, supervision and access to an applicable compensation scheme.
Why the old warning still matters
The CONSOB and FMA warnings date from 2018, but their age does not erase the regulatory findings. The relevant question is whether Capital Tech Ltd or PBN Invest later obtained a valid licence through a new, verifiable legal entity.
No evidence of a current top-tier forex or CFD licence was found in the sources reviewed. The absence of a newer warning is not proof that the broker is authorized. IOSCO says its investor-alert portal is not complete and advises investors to verify a firm’s authorization with the appropriate domestic regulator. Its guidance is available through the IOSCO investor-protection portal.

- Identify the exact legal entity. Do not rely only on the brand name or website domain.
- Check the regulator in your country. Use the regulator’s official register, not a badge or licence number shown on the broker’s website.
- Match the details. The legal name, website, address and licence permissions should all correspond.
- Check warnings and restrictions. Search your national regulator and major foreign regulators where the broker solicits customers.
- Review withdrawal terms before funding. Be cautious about unexplained bonuses, large minimum deposits, guaranteed returns or demands for extra “tax” or “release” payments.
- Do not use testimonials as proof. The SEC warns that online reviews and testimonials can be fabricated or used in investment scams.
If a firm is not authorized for the service it is selling, stop at the verification stage. High leverage and low advertised spreads do not compensate for the risk of sending money to an unauthorized operation.
What should existing customers do?
Anyone who has deposited with PBN Invest should avoid sending additional money to unlock a withdrawal, pay a supposed tax, or meet a bonus condition. Preserve account statements, emails, chat records, payment confirmations, wallet addresses, telephone numbers and screenshots of the website.
Contact the bank, card issuer or payment provider promptly and ask whether a recall, chargeback or fraud investigation is available. Report the matter to your national financial regulator and law-enforcement authority. Be wary of recovery agents who demand an upfront fee and promise to retrieve the funds; people who have already lost money are frequently targeted again.

- Related Capital Tech brands appeared in additional unauthorized-firm warnings.
- A current licence, operating status and customer-protection framework cannot be verified.
- Historical claims about leverage, spreads, MetaTrader and account terms are not reliable evidence of current conditions.
Conclusion: PBN Invest should be classified as an unauthorized, high-risk offshore operation and avoided. The available evidence supports calling it unsafe and illegitimate as a regulated forex broker. Calling it a legally proven criminal scam would go beyond what the cited regulator decisions establish.
