Age and relaxations
The stated age range was 21 to 30 years as of 1 September 2024. The advertisement set out upper-age relaxations for specified groups, including SC/ST, OBC non-creamy layer, PwBD, eligible ex-servicemen and confirmed employees of public-sector general insurers. The notice’s birth-date bounds and category rules apply to that recruitment cycle only; applicants to a later cycle need to check its own reference date and criteria.
Selection process and announced exam dates
The 2024 notice described an objective Phase I examination, followed for shortlisted candidates by Phase II with objective and descriptive components. It initially announced Phase I for 13 October 2024 and Phase II for 17 November 2024, but expressly marked both dates tentative.
