How Kick’s published creator revenue terms differ from this contract
Kick’s Help Center, in an article dated August 27, 2026, describes a platform-wide 95/5 split for subscription and KICKs revenue. It lists a $5 monthly subscription, with $4.75 paid to the streamer and $0.25 as a processing fee. These published platform terms are separate from NICKMERCS’s private contract: they do not disclose, explain, or verify the reported eight-figure deal value. Kick’s revenue-split explanation is dated platform information and should not be treated as a contract term for this agreement.
