Correios and Infracommerce announced the project on 2 April 2025; AnaMid later reported that the marketplace formally launched on 1 July 2025.
What Mais Correios is—and when it launched
Correios promotes Mais Correios as an official shopping destination on its homepage. It is a marketplace, not a claim that Correios manufactures or directly stocks every item: the company described it as a sales channel for large retailers and small entrepreneurs, with a broad product assortment.
The two dates refer to different milestones. On 2 April 2025, Agência Gov reported Correios’ partnership with Infracommerce to create the marketplace, part of the Correios do Futuro initiative to diversify revenue and broaden access to e-commerce in Brazil. AnaMid reported 1 July 2025 as the formal launch date, when the platform opened to buyers and sellers.
How the marketplace is intended to work
Retailers and entrepreneurs supply the products
Correios’ e-commerce partnership information presents Mais Correios as a channel for businesses ranging from large retailers to small entrepreneurs. Infracommerce supplied the digital platform technology and operational infrastructure, according to AnaMid’s launch coverage.

Correios’ delivery network is part of the proposition
The Correios partnership page says deliveries made through the platform would be carried out exclusively by Correios. That describes the stated operating model in the public partnership material; it should not be read as a current delivery-time guarantee or as confirmation that every listing has identical shipping options. Buyers should check the delivery terms shown for their address and item.
What was available at launch
AnaMid reported that the launch catalogue contained more than 500,000 products across 25 categories, including appliances, computing, fashion and construction. Those are AnaMid’s figures from 2025, not independently confirmed audited totals published on the official Correios pages reviewed.

The catalogue is time-sensitive. The official offers page currently displays an iPhone 17 Pro Max (1TB) and promotes deals in categories including electronics, home goods and fashion. A listing is only a snapshot: products, sellers, prices and promotions can change, so confirm the current item details and total delivered cost before buying.
What buyers should check before paying
- Seller and item details: Check the listing’s description, specifications, condition and seller information rather than assuming Correios is the direct retailer.
- Total price: Compare the item price plus shipping to your destination; a displayed promotion does not by itself establish that the delivered price is competitive.
- Delivery terms: Review the estimate and service options shown for your address. The stated Correios delivery model does not establish an identical timeline for every order.
- Returns and support: Read the current listing and checkout terms for return, dispute and customer-service procedures. The public launch sources do not establish a single set of current rules for all sellers.
Mais Correios also has a Mais Entregas category described as receiving a special, prioritized logistics flow. Its visible products span areas such as apparel, personal care and sporting goods. This is a description of that category, not a promise that all Mais Correios orders receive priority handling.

The marketplace was positioned as a channel for retailers and entrepreneurs, but the sources describing its launch do not establish current eligibility rules, fees, onboarding requirements, integration support or who handles each customer-service issue. Prospective sellers should confirm those terms through current official seller information before committing inventory or calculating expected margins.
The technology partnership is also relevant to the business model: Infracommerce provided the platform and operational infrastructure for launch, while Correios’ role includes the delivery network described in its partnership materials. That division helps explain the marketplace proposition, but does not establish current sales performance or the commercial terms offered to individual sellers.
