Job&Talent announced a €92 million Series F on April 10, 2025, at a stated €1.3 billion valuation. TechCrunch rendered those figures as $103 million and $1.5 billion and described the financing as a down round: the new valuation is below the roughly $2.35 billion to $2.4 billion reported for the company’s December 2021 Series E. Job&Talent said it will use the money to expand internationally and build its workforce platform, including AI recruiting agents.

How much did Job&Talent raise?

Job&Talent said it closed a €92 million equity Series F on April 10, 2025, at a €1.3 billion valuation. TechCrunch reported the same round in dollars as $103 million at a $1.5 billion valuation. These are euro-denominated company figures and TechCrunch’s dollar renderings, respectively—not two separate rounds.

The company named Atomico, BlackRock, DN Capital, Hercules, InfraVia, Kibo, and Kinnevik among the round’s new and existing investors. Job&Talent said the financing would support international expansion, sales, and product development, including investment in AI.

Why is the financing called a down round?

A down round is a financing at a lower valuation than an earlier round. TechCrunch called Job&Talent’s Series F a down round because it reported the December 2021 Series E valuation as $2.35 billion. Job&Talent’s own 2022 release put that earlier round at $2.4 billion post-money. The sources differ slightly on the prior valuation, but both figures are well above the Series F’s reported $1.5 billion dollar valuation.

A Job&Talent spokesperson told TechCrunch: “This round reflects a valuation adjustment in line with broader market dynamics, particularly within the tech and growth-stage sectors.” The spokesperson was not identified by name in the report.

What does Job&Talent plan to do with AI?

Job&Talent operates a staffing and workforce platform and says it plans to develop AI agents for different workforce-management functions. It describes those agents as drawing on the operational data generated through its platform. The company’s funding announcement presents AI as part of a broader product-development plan; it does not provide an independent assessment of the agents’ performance.

Clara handles recruiting conversations

Clara is Job&Talent’s AI recruiter. In April 2025, TechCrunch relayed company figures from a limited-client test: Clara had conducted 180,000 interviews and contributed to about 7,000 hires. Those are company-reported test results, not independently verified totals.

In a September 2025 update, Job&Talent described broader aggregate outcomes: hundreds of thousands of interviews, tens of thousands of hires, and a reduction in time-to-hire of more than half in frontline industries. These later claims are also from the company. Their wider wording and later publication date make them different in scope from the limited-client figures reported in April; they should not be read as a controlled before-and-after comparison.

What scale does Job&Talent report?

TechCrunch reported Job&Talent’s claims that it placed more than 300,000 workers across over 3,250 companies in 2024. In its September 2025 retrospective, the company reported €1.8 billion in 2024 revenue. These figures describe company-reported scale; they do not independently establish Clara’s recruiting performance or the financial return on the Series F.
