The JKSSB exam dates and admit-card window reported in July 2025 have passed. JKSSB’s official listing confirms that the Dhobi OMR written examination was held on 13 July 2025; it separately records an Assistant Superintendent Jails (ASJ) physical standard test on 6 October 2025. A contemporaneous report said both exams were scheduled for 13 July, but the official listing cited here does not independently confirm that date for an ASJ written exam.
What happened with the JKSSB ASJ and Dhobi exams?
In a report published on 8 July 2025, Scroll said the ASJ and Dhobi examinations were scheduled for 13 July and that admit cards would be available from 9 July. Treat that shared schedule as contemporaneous reporting, not as an official confirmation of an ASJ written-exam date: Scroll’s 8 July 2025 report.

JKSSB’s advertisement listing includes Notification 04 of 2025. The official What’s New page is the source for the Dhobi written-exam and ASJ PST entries; the two entries concern different recruitment stages.
When were the JKSSB admit cards released?
Scroll reported that admit cards for the exams were to be available from 9 July 2025 at jkssb.nic.in. That date is past, so “ASJ admit card 2025” and “Dhobi admit card 2025” now refer to historical access rather than an upcoming release.

Scroll reproduced a notice saying candidates who had difficulty downloading an admit card could contact the JKSSB help desk at 0191-2461335 (Jammu) or 0194-2435089 (Srinagar), active from 9 July to 13 July 2025 during office hours. Those numbers and hours describe the 2025 help-desk period and should not be relied on as current contact information.

The Board identifies its site as a channel for candidate notices, admit cards, examinations, answer keys, results, shortlisting, and selection lists. Use current notices and the applicant portal linked from the official site rather than relying on an expired schedule or help-desk window.
