The JioBlackRock Balanced Advantage Fund – Regular Plan is an open-ended dynamic asset allocation scheme that invests in equity and debt instruments. The fund describes a systematic, data-informed approach to adjusting allocations, with investment decisions remaining under fund-manager oversight. Its published riskometer is Very High, so its dynamic strategy should not be read as a guarantee against losses or of returns.

What the Regular Plan Growth option is

JioBlackRock’s Regular Growth fund page describes the scheme as an open-ended dynamic asset allocation fund investing in debt and equity instruments. “Regular Plan” identifies the plan type; “Growth” is the option named on the fund page. The scheme’s official materials describe how it intends to invest, but that description does not establish whether it suits a particular investor.

The page displays a Very High Risk riskometer. That is the scheme’s published risk classification, not a measure of a specific investor’s likely outcome. Equity and debt allocation can change, and the fund does not promise downside protection.

How the fund says it manages its portfolio

The fund page says it seeks to adjust its allocation between asset classes according to market conditions, using a systematic investment framework alongside fund-manager oversight. In an educational article published on 7 September 2026, JioBlackRock says its framework considers global and local risk sentiment, macroeconomic conditions, technical indicators and valuations for top-down allocation. It also describes systematic bottom-up equity selection, an accrual-focused fixed-income sleeve with tactical duration adjustments, and an arbitrage sleeve.

These are the fund’s descriptions of its process, not independently verified performance claims or a guarantee that allocation changes will prevent losses. The same article says fund managers retain full and final authority over investment decisions; the systematic model is an analytical framework rather than an automated decision-maker. Read the fund’s explanation of its investment strategy for its account of the approach.

Benchmark and available figures

JioBlackRock identifies the Nifty 50 Hybrid Composite Debt 50:50 Index (TRI) as the fund’s benchmark. A benchmark is a reference for comparing performance; it does not describe the scheme’s exact portfolio or expected return.

The figures above do not provide a current holdings list or allocation percentages. For portfolio composition, current asset allocation, expense ratio, exit load and other scheme terms, check the latest official disclosures rather than infer them from the fund’s educational description.

The fund page links the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM). JioBlackRock’s Regular Growth page provides access to those documents, and its SID index lists a JioBlackRock Balanced Advantage Fund SID for fiscal year 2026–2027. Consult the latest SID for detailed limits and charges; the KIM is a concise scheme summary. These official documents are the appropriate references for binding terms.

Regular Plan versus Direct Plan

This article concerns the Regular Plan Growth option, not the Direct Plan. Plan type matters when checking scheme figures and documents: verify that any NAV, expense ratio or portfolio disclosure you consult corresponds to the plan and option you intend to review. Do not assume that information labelled for one plan applies unchanged to another.
