Jason Momoa’s $3.5 Million LA Home: What’s Actually Verified

The $3.5 million LA-home tour describes elaborate amenities, but offers no address or property records. Here’s how it compares with other dated reporting about Jason Momoa’s homes.

The $3.5 million Los Angeles home often described as Jason Momoa’s has not been verified by the available reporting. A May 2023 home-tour article claims he recently bought it and lists lavish amenities, but it gives no address or property records. Separate reports concern a former family estate and Momoa’s later comments about living on the road; neither confirms that purchase.

What the $3.5 million home tour claims

On May 21, 2023, Hot Lifestyle News published an article titled “The Aquaman’s Residence: A Peek Inside Jason Momoa’s $3.5 Million LA Home.” It says Momoa had recently purchased a Los Angeles home for $3.5 million and describes a grand entrance, open-plan living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, a gourmet kitchen, a master suite, a gym and spa, memorabilia, a home theater, a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, a garden, and a creative studio. It also claims the property has solar panels, rainwater collection, energy-efficient appliances, and smart-home technology (Hot Lifestyle News, May 21, 2023).

Those are descriptions from that article, not independently verified details. It does not name the property, give a street address, cite a real-estate listing or transaction record, or connect evidence to individual features. Its general source note names other outlets but does not show which source supports the claimed purchase, price, or amenities. The article therefore cannot establish that Momoa bought this specific home or that the listed rooms and systems belong to a property he owns.

What other reporting says—and why it does not settle the claim

The former family estate

AmoMama reported in May 2022 that Momoa and Lisa Bonet had shared a 10-acre mountainside estate outside Los Angeles. Its account mentions a kitchen, entrance hall, music room, climbing room, and garage, and also repeats a $3.5 million figure. The report does not identify a street address or provide property records, so it does not establish that this estate is the home described in the 2023 tour (AmoMama, May 26, 2022).

Momoa’s comments about living on the road

In reporting dated January 23, 2024, Celebretainment quoted Momoa describing himself as “houseless” rather than homeless, saying he had a trailer, and expressing excitement about buying a house one day. The report also reproduced an earlier comment to Entertainment Tonight: “I don’t even have a home right now. I live on the road.” These statements provide dated context, not proof of where he lived before or after those remarks (Celebretainment, January 23, 2024).

A similar price is not an identity match

A separate Coldwell Banker search result shows a $3,525,000 listing for 7200 La Presa Drive in Los Angeles, described as a development opportunity with conceptual plans for a proposed gated estate. The result reports a sale on April 1, 2024, but no reviewed source connects the property to Momoa. A similar price, even in the same city, is not evidence that it is his home (Coldwell Banker listing).

What can be stated with confidence

  • The May 2023 article made a $3.5 million purchase claim and described numerous amenities, but did not document the transaction or identify the property.
  • A separate May 2022 report described a 10-acre mountainside estate associated with Momoa and Bonet; the reviewed account does not establish that it is the home in the later tour.
  • January 2024 reporting quoted Momoa talking about life on the road and hoping to buy a house. Those comments do not establish his current residence or ownership status.
  • No reviewed source confirms the address, purchase price, ownership, or occupancy of the purported Los Angeles home.
