The last date to register and pay the application fee was December 23, 2024. Applications were accepted online from December 7 through the deadline. The age, education and post-qualification experience cut-off date in the advertisement was November 30, 2024.

The notice also showed one horizontal PwBD vacancy in each of four categories. For the exact category conditions and applicable reservation rules, consult the original 2024 advertisement.
What were the eligibility requirements?
Eligibility was assessed as of November 30, 2024. Applicants had to be Indian citizens and aged 21 to under 30 on that date, subject to the category-based age relaxations in the advertisement. Educational qualifications and experience were not identical across streams.

- Project finance: The notice specified finance-related postgraduate qualifications or CA/CMA, alongside the applicable post-qualification experience conditions.
- Accounts: CA or CMA was among the specified professional qualifications.
- Information technology: A relevant engineering or postgraduate computing qualification was specified.
- Legal: An LLB was specified.
Streams generally required at least one year of post-qualification officer-cadre experience, with stream-specific conditions. These examples are not a substitute for checking the full eligibility criteria: the advertisement sets out accepted degrees, experience definitions, age relaxations and other requirements for each stream.
What happened after applications closed?
The schedule initially announced in the 2024 notice was tentative. IIFCL’s result notice, dated July 11, 2025, records that the written exam took place on January 25, 2025, and interviews were held from May 19 to 23, 2025. Candidates listed in the result were provisionally selected, subject to eligibility checks and verification of documents. The notice is available through IIFCL’s recruitment notices page.

What pay did the 2024 advertisement state?
The 2024 notice listed a starting basic pay of ₹44,500 per month on the stated Grade A scale, plus specified allowances and benefits. It also gave an approximate cost to company of ₹19 lakh. These are figures from that recruitment advertisement, not a guarantee of pay for a future hiring round.

For the closed 2024 application, IIFCL’s notice directed applicants with form, payment or admit-card issues to cgrs.ibps.in. It also said corrigenda would be published on IIFCL’s website. For future openings, rely on the new official notice for current instructions and contact details.
