Kraken says most questions can be answered in its Support Center, which provides guides, tutorials, and self-service help. You can browse by product or issue at Kraken Support Center. Kraken’s contact instructions were last updated August 11, 2026; its pages and app labels may change.
How to contact Kraken step by step
1. Search the Support Center
- Open the Kraken Support Center.
- Search for your issue or browse the relevant product or topic.
- Follow the article’s instructions or self-service steps before starting a support conversation.
2. Start a chat in the mobile app
If the help article does not answer your question, Kraken’s contact instructions give this route in the Kraken mobile app:
- Open Account settings.
- Tap Support.
- Open a support article related to your issue.
- Tap Chat with us.
3. Use voice support only if the app offers it
Kraken describes voice support as available only through its mobile apps and only for certain situations. If your issue is eligible, Call us appears in the Support tab of the Kraken, Kraken Pro, or Krak app. If you do not see that option, use chat or the Support Center; the voice-support article does not promise that every customer or issue will have access. Does Kraken have a customer-service phone number?
Kraken says it does not publish direct-dial support numbers. Do not call a number found in a search result or social-media post that claims to be Kraken Support. Kraken’s stated voice-support route is a call offered through its mobile apps, not a public number. See Kraken’s voice-support guidance for its current instructions.
Verify that a support call is genuine
- If you start a call in the app, look for the in-app banner confirming the connection.
- If Kraken arranges an outbound call in advance, its guidance says you will verify it in the app with a one-time code.
- If a call is unexpected or you cannot verify it in the app, hang up and contact Kraken through the official app.
Never share account secrets with a caller
Kraken says its support specialists will never ask for your password, 2FA code, device approval code, wallet address or seed words, or Master Key. They will not ask you to grant remote access to your computer or remove or change account-security settings over the phone. If someone asks for any of these, end the call and return to support through the app or Support Center.

What to do if your Kraken account may be compromised
For suspected unauthorized access or other suspicious activity, use Kraken’s Account Security & Sign-in Issues form and select the suspicious-activity issue. Kraken says security specialists will follow up by email; it does not state a guaranteed response time or account-recovery outcome.
- Secure the email account associated with Kraken and the devices you use to access it.
- If you still control the associated email account, reset your Kraken password.
- If a linked debit card was used without your permission, notify your bank.

Keep the conversation on official channels
Use Kraken’s own Support Center or mobile apps to initiate contact. Treat unsolicited calls claiming to be Kraken as suspicious, and do not use an online phone number or social-media direct message as proof that you are speaking with authenticated support. If a caller requests sensitive information or remote access, end the call and restart contact through an official route.
