How to enter the DSW sweepstakes
- Join DSW VIP. If you are not already a member, join the free DSW VIP Rewards Program, subject to its terms.
- Sign in during the promotion period. Log in to your DSW VIP account and check that its profile shows your true first and last name and a valid email address.
- Register on the promotion site. Go to dsw.com/vip-game, follow the instructions, and submit the form using the name and email associated with your VIP account. Initials are not sufficient for the name fields.
- Use your play if you want. After registration, you receive one sweepstakes entry and one instant-win play. You can play the shoebox shuffle game for entertainment or proceed to the instant-win reveal; the shuffle game itself offers no prize.
Daily entry limit
The rules permit one sweepstakes entry and one instant-win play per person per day during this promotion. Do not use multiple accounts, identities, or email addresses, or automated methods to get around the limit; the rules warn that entries may be voided and entrants disqualified for violations.

- DSW Gift Cards can be used to purchase merchandise online or from any DSW store in the USA.
- No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
How to check whether your entry registered
The official rules do not describe an account feature or lookup page for confirming sweepstakes entry receipt or eligibility. In particular, an order-status page is not identified as a way to check sweepstakes entries.
Use the email address linked to your DSW VIP account and monitor its inbox for a potential-winner notice. Checking spam or junk folders is a practical precaution, not a step specified by the rules. For account or promotion difficulties, DSW’s Orders & Promotions customer-service page lists 866-DSW-SHOES, live chat, and [email protected]. That page covers orders and promotions generally; it does not promise that support can verify whether a sweepstakes entry was received.

When and how DSW notifies potential winners
Sweepstakes drawing
For this promotion, DSW says potential sweepstakes winners will be selected on or around October 26, 2026, and notified by email. The rules list five grand prizes, each a $500 DSW gift card. They do not establish general odds: sweepstakes odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Instant-win reveal
The instant-win result is displayed immediately after the reveal. Potential instant-win winners may also receive an email with claim instructions. The rules list 150,450 random computer-generated winning times for instant-win prizes; that figure is specific to this promotion, and the rules say instant-win odds depend on timing, remaining prizes, and eligible plays.
Rank #3
- One gift card, five incredible brands. A TJX gift card is perfect for celebrating birthdays, holidays, a new home or just because.
- Score amazing savings on designer fashions for you, top-brand finds for your home, and everything you need for your outdoor adventures.
- With thousands of new arrivals across all five brands every week, the selection is ever-changing.
- The TJX gift card is redeemable at all HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, and Homesense stores (in the U.S. and Puerto Rico) and online at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Sierra.
- Physical gift cards are delivered active via mail.
What to do if you see a potential-win message
A screen message or email means you are a potential winner, not that a prize has been finally confirmed. DSW and its administrator must verify potential winners, and the rules say screenshots are not accepted in place of that validation process. Follow the official notice’s claim instructions and deadlines; a potential winner may be asked to provide identifying and mailing information within five days of notice or attempted notice.
The rules state a total approximate retail value of $204,750.00 for sweepstakes prizes and instant-win point values in this promotion. This is a promotion-specific aggregate value, not a prediction of what any entrant will win.
