To download a BSNL landline bill, use BSNL’s official Selfcare portal: sign in, open Bills & Payments → View Bills, select the invoice and choose Download if that control appears. BSNL’s manual documents those menu labels, though the current screen may differ. South and West zone customers may be routed to BSNL’s newer portal, so follow the official prompt shown for your account.

Follow any regional routing notice. BSNL’s legacy login page says West and South zone customers may visit the new Selfcare Portal, and the Selfcare page says South and West customers will be redirected. The published notices do not provide a complete circle-by-circle portal map.

Choose the wireline or postpaid bill-viewing option. BSNL’s older user manual gives the menu path Bills & Payments → View Bills.

Open the bill you need and select Download where available, then save the file on your device. The manual is older, so current labels or screen sequence may differ.

BSNL’s public portal lists bill viewing, bill payment and e-bill signup among registered-user facilities. It also lists bill payment for unregistered users, but does not establish that downloading an existing invoice is available without signing in.
If you cannot sign in
Use BSNL’s own registration and account-recovery options. The registration form requests a name, email address, mobile number and telecom circle; the password-reset form asks for a username and captcha. Do not share account credentials in comments or with third-party sites.

What to know about older bills and downloads
BSNL’s publicly available pages and manual do not specify how long past invoices remain available or confirm a particular downloaded file format. If the bill you need is not listed, use BSNL’s official support or account channels rather than assuming that a third-party lookup service is authorized.
