Tangem does not provide customer support by phone. Its Help Center says any phone number claiming to be Tangem support is fraudulent. For wallet help, use Tangem’s official support request form or email [email protected]. This guidance was checked against Tangem’s support information on August 18, 2026.
Does Tangem Wallet have a customer-service phone number?
No. Tangem’s official support page says it does not offer phone support and that any number presented as Tangem customer service is fraudulent. Do not call a number found in search results, ads, forums, videos, or social-media replies just because it uses Tangem’s name or logo.
A number may appear in a company or app-store listing without being a customer-support hotline. For example, Google Play displays a phone number in Tangem AG’s developer information, but does not identify it as wallet support. Tangem’s dedicated support page says there is no phone support, so use its verified online channels instead: Google Play listing.
How to contact Tangem support step by step
Submit an official request
- Open Tangem’s official request form by entering the address yourself or navigating from Tangem’s Help Center.
- Select the category that best fits the problem: Tangem App, Hardware Devices, Transactions & Funds, Tangem Express, Orders & Shipping, Feature Requests & Feedback, or Tangem Pay.
- Enter an email address where support can reply.
- Explain what happened, when it began, and what you have already tried. Include your phone model, operating-system version, Tangem app version, and device model or generation if known.
- Attach relevant screenshots only after checking that they do not reveal access codes, recovery words, private information, or sensitive QR codes.
- Submit the request and keep a copy of your message or confirmation so you can refer to it in any follow-up.
Email technical support
For app, card-scanning, wallet-access, balance, or transaction questions, email [email protected]. Use a brief subject that describes the issue without exposing private information, such as “Tangem card not scanning on iPhone” or “Balance not displaying.”

Search the Help Center first
Tangem recommends checking its Help Center before submitting a request. It covers common topics such as scanning, wallet creation, sending crypto, access codes, seed phrases, balances, orders, shipping, and refunds. If you cannot use the form, try another browser or disable browser extensions; you can also email technical support directly.

What to include in a support request
A clear, specific report can help support understand the issue without requiring your wallet secrets. Include the details that apply:
- A concise description of the problem and the exact error message, if any.
- What happened immediately before the issue and when it started.
- Troubleshooting steps you have already tried and their results.
- Your phone make and model, iOS or Android version, Tangem app version, and Tangem card, ring, or set generation if known.
- A transaction ID or blockchain explorer link, or a public wallet address, if relevant to the problem.
- Your order number and proof of purchase for store matters.
- Screenshots with sensitive details redacted.
Never include a seed phrase, private key, access code, PIN, password, one-time authentication code, or an unredacted image that exposes them.

What Tangem support will never need
Tangem warns users not to share a seed phrase or access code, including with someone claiming to be a support agent. Treat any request for the following as a scam signal:
- Seed phrase, recovery words, private key, wallet access code, phone passcode, or password.
- A one-time authentication code.
- Remote-control access to your phone or a request to install software for remote access.
- Cryptocurrency or a “verification,” “unlocking,” or “recovery” payment.
- A wallet connection or transaction approval unrelated to an action you initiated and understand.
Tangem also says support will not contact you first. If an unexpected caller, message, or chat claims to represent Tangem, end the interaction and contact the company through its official site or the email address above.

What to do if you found or received a Tangem support number
- Do not call it, reply, click links, scan QR codes, or install anything it provides.
- Report the listing, account, or message to the platform where you found it.
- If you need help, start a new request through Tangem’s official form or email [email protected]; do not use contact details supplied by the suspected impersonator.
- If you shared a seed phrase or private key, treat the wallet as compromised. Move assets to a newly generated secure wallet as soon as you safely can, and do not disclose the new wallet’s secrets.
- If you approved a transaction or sent funds, save the transaction ID and contact the relevant exchange, blockchain service, or payment provider. Tangem says it does not hold or control users’ assets; it cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
Order, refund, or defective-device questions
For orders, shipping, returns, and refunds, contact [email protected]. Tangem’s refund policy, last updated March 5, 2026, states a standard 14-day return period from parcel receipt and a separate seven-day period for customers in Brazil. The policy generally requires the device to be unused and unactivated, along with proof of purchase; check the refund policy for its conditions and defective-device process.
For a return request, Tangem asks for your order number, proof of purchase, product photos, and reason for return. Do not send payment or wallet credentials to someone claiming a phone call is required to process a return.

How long does Tangem take to reply?
Tangem says support is available 24/7 and aims to respond within 24 hours, but its general contact page says replies may take a few days. These are service expectations, not a guaranteed response time.
