If your Shopify store appears to have reached an order milestone, check Shopify admin and the store-owner email for an official award notification. Shopify has publicly named 10,000, 100,000, and 1 million lifetime-order milestones, but the available public information does not establish a current claim form or complete eligibility rules. Confirm the instructions with Shopify for your specific store before assuming an award is automatic.
Which Shopify order milestones are recognized?
Shopify’s public announcement named awards for 10,000, 100,000, and 1 million lifetime orders. The announcement does not explain how Shopify currently calculates eligible orders or whether every store reaching a listed number qualifies. Shopify’s announcement is evidence of the named milestones, not a complete set of current program terms.
A 2024 Shopify Japan event report identifies the 100,000-order award as Silver and the 1-million-order award as Gold. It also reports year-over-year increases in the number of recipients: 770% for Silver and 140% for Gold. Those percentages describe award recipients reported in that event account; they are not merchant growth rates or eligibility rules. The report does not describe how to claim an award. How to check whether you can claim one
- Check Shopify admin. Look for a current award notification or instructions associated with the store.
- Check the store-owner email address. A Shopify Community staff response says eligible stores receive separate emails at that address. The same response says there is one award per store. This is staff guidance, not a substitute for current program terms. Read the Shopify Community response
- Ask Shopify to confirm the current process. If you find no notification—or need to know whether your order count qualifies—contact Shopify through the relevant store’s admin or official support channel. Ask for the current claim instructions and eligibility criteria for that store.
The available official material does not establish a current claim link, application steps, delivery timing, excluded order types, regional availability, or whether a notification is still the only route. Do not assume that reaching a published milestone automatically guarantees an award.

What if you have already received the award?
Damage, incorrect personalization, or receiving the wrong award type is a separate issue from claiming an award you have not received. Cristaux, the fulfillment provider, says to submit an order-support claim within 10 business days after receipt for these problems. Its instructions request package and tracking details, the work-order reference, and at least three photos of the award and packaging. Preserve the packaging and verify the live instructions before submitting. Cristaux’s Shopify Order Support page
