Its shop page advertises seven light settings and recommends using the mask three to four times a week for 10–20 minutes. It says results may appear after four weeks. It also advertises percentage improvements in wrinkles, redness, elasticity, and acne based on an asserted group of 150 people. What clinical evidence says about at-home LED masks
A 2025 systematic review and meta-analysis in JAMA Dermatology examined six randomized trials involving 216 people with mild-to-moderate acne who used portable or home-use red and/or blue LED devices. Across the included studies, the review reported greater percentage change versus control groups in inflammatory lesions (45.3%), noninflammatory lesions (47.7%), and Investigator Global Assessment (45.7%). These are pooled comparative estimates from the reviewed studies—not guaranteed results for an individual and not results for the Glokore mask. The 2025 review in JAMA Dermatology
The authors noted moderate-to-high variation among studies in light sources, fluence, and treatment duration, which limits how confidently results can be applied to other devices. The evidence they reviewed supports at-home LED treatment as a possible option for mild-to-moderate acne; it does not establish that every mask performs similarly or verify Glokore’s wrinkle, firmness, or jawline claims. Is the Glokore mask FDA-cleared?
Glokore’s support page says the mask may not have formal FDA approval and offers the company’s explanation of why a cosmetic wellness product might not require individual approval. The exact Glokore manufacturer and model number, and a matching FDA 510(k) record, were not verified. “FDA-cleared” should be used only when the record matches the exact manufacturer and model; 510(k) clearance is not the same as FDA approval.
Safety and directions to consider
Glokore recommends three to four sessions each week for 10–20 minutes. Its shop page advises people with photosensitivity or who use certain medicines, including retinoids, to consult a dermatologist. Follow the manual for the specific model you buy, and ask a qualified clinician before use if you have a photosensitivity concern, take medication that may increase light sensitivity, have a relevant skin or eye condition, or are unsure whether light treatment is appropriate. - Fit and coverage: Consider whether the mask sits consistently over the area you want to treat.
- Product-specific evidence: A traceable study of the exact model is more informative about that product than evidence for LED devices generally.
- Regulatory record: Match any FDA claim to the exact manufacturer and model, and distinguish clearance from approval.
- Total purchase terms: Check the current price, shipping, warranty, and return terms before ordering.

What a Glokore review can—and cannot—establish
There is not enough verified product-specific evidence here to conclude that Glokore delivers the improvements it advertises or is equivalent to an LED mask with a matched regulatory record. The broader evidence makes at-home LED treatment a plausible option to discuss for mild-to-moderate acne, but it does not settle Glokore’s performance for acne or its claims about wrinkles and facial lifting.
