3. Proceeds: only the fresh issue raises company capital
The reported ₹702 crore issue consists of a ₹500 crore fresh issue and a ₹202 crore offer for sale (OFS). The fresh issue is reported as 1.73 crore shares; the OFS as 69.90 lakh shares. Fresh-issue proceeds go to Fusion CX, subject to the stated uses and final allocation in the RHP. OFS proceeds go to the shareholders selling shares, not to the company.
Rank #2
Moneycontrol reported that the company plans to use fresh proceeds to repay or prepay borrowings; invest in step-down subsidiaries Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited to upgrade IT tools, including Arya and MindVoice; and meet acquisition-related and general corporate purposes. The exact allocations and the amount assigned to each use should be checked in the RHP. For investors, the practical question is how much capital is directed to debt reduction and technology investment, and how much is reserved for less-specific future uses.
4. Performance and valuation: read the reported numbers in context
Moneycontrol reported the following results on October 9, 2026. These are secondary-reported figures, not independently verified here against the complete RHP financial statements.
| Period | Revenue from operations | Profit after tax |
|---|---|---|
| FY25 | About ₹1,329.3 crore | About ₹74.3 crore |
| FY26 | About ₹1,818.1 crore | About ₹169.8 crore |
| Quarter ended June 2026 | About ₹490.4 crore | About ₹55.7 crore |
ETMarkets reported a price-to-earnings ratio based on FY26 diluted earnings per share of 20.51 times at ₹275 and 21.55 times at ₹289. It also reported a three-year weighted average return on net worth of 24.59%. These are reported metrics with specific calculation bases, not forecasts or standalone evidence that the IPO is attractively or poorly priced. Investors comparing the offer with listed customer-experience or business-process services companies should use comparable earnings periods and account for differences in growth, debt, client mix and geographic exposure; no peer valuation comparison is established here.

IPOinfo reports, attributing the figures to RHP disclosures, that the top five customers accounted for 39.55% of FY26 revenue and the top ten for 49.66%. It also reports that the US and Canada accounted for 85.26%. These are secondary-source claims and should be checked against the original RHP tables, definitions and period. If confirmed, they point to exposure to a limited group of customers and a concentrated geography: a lost or reduced customer relationship, or a regional disruption, could matter materially.
Fusion CX’s official RHP landing page identifies the RHP as dated October 8, 2026, and warns that investment in the equity shares involves a high degree of risk. The page also says access to the prospectus is not a recommendation to subscribe. Read the full risk-factors section and verify the details that secondary reports cannot establish, including filed financial statements, debt and cash position, proceeds allocation, concentration measures and any qualifications attached to the reported figures.
- Confirm that the offer dates, price band, lot size and issue split match the current RHP and application form.
- Separate company funding from seller proceeds: only the fresh issue provides new capital to Fusion CX.
- Assess reported growth alongside customer and geographic concentration rather than treating revenue or profit growth alone as a complete picture.
- Interpret the reported P/E using its FY26 diluted-EPS basis; do not treat it as a prediction of returns.
ETMarkets reported Nuvama Wealth Management, IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors as book-running lead managers, with KFin Technologies as registrar. These operational roles do not constitute a view on the investment.
