What Emura says the pan is
Emura’s product page describes the pan as having an aluminum body and a three-layer PEEK non-stick coating. The page also claims compatibility with induction, gas, ceramic and electric cooktops, as well as oven use.
These specifications are presented by the seller. The reviewed sources do not independently verify the body or coating material, and the product page does not state an oven temperature limit in the information reviewed. Confirm the precise model’s instructions and limits before using it on a particular cooktop or in an oven.
How strong is the evidence for the coating, safety and durability claims?
Emura says the coating is free of PFOA, cadmium and lead, and advertises a “9x” durability comparison. The reviewed product page does not provide an independent test report, named testing organization, comparison product or protocol supporting those claims. That leaves the basis and scope of the durability multiplier unclear; it should not be treated as an independently established performance result.

The reviewed sources also do not provide independent coating-safety testing specific to this pan. That is not proof that the claims are false, but it means the available evidence does not settle them. Buyers who need documentation can ask Emura for the relevant material specifications and test reports, including what was tested and by whom.
