Historical coverage: Edifier’s advertised Black Friday 2025 promotion was scheduled for November 20 through December 1, 2025. It has ended. The original roundup, published November 15, previewed a wide range of headphones, gaming speakers, portable speakers and home-audio systems, but did not establish a complete set of sale prices or prove that every listed product was discounted. Current Edifier USA offers are separate promotions, not extensions of the 2025 sale.
What Edifier’s 2025 Black Friday promotion covered
The November 15, 2025 Phandroid roundup said the promotion would run from November 20 to December 1, 2025, and linked to products sold through Amazon and other channels. That schedule is the article’s reported window, not evidence of a single worldwide sale. Edifier’s regional stores can differ in price, inventory, currency, shipping, taxes and warranty terms. Edifier Japan, for example, advertised yen-denominated offers with limited quantities; Edifier Brazil’s official page now says its 2025 event has ended. Phandroid’s original roundup, Edifier Japan’s 2025 page and Edifier Brazil’s Black Friday page document those distinct contexts.

The roundup is best read as a product preview, not a verified price comparison. It does not supply a full before-and-after price table, price-history checks or stock status for every item. A large catalog is not the same thing as a large discount: without a confirmed price for a specific seller and region, no model can be called the best deal on the strength of that article alone.
Which Edifier product type suited each buyer?
The listed products span several very different jobs. Choose by where and how you listen, then judge the offer against the product’s usual street price. The specifications below are claims reported by the original roundup or Edifier, not independent performance tests.
#1 Best Overall
- 2 x AUX INPUT - Convenient connection to any device that has a 3.5mm headphone output or dual RCA output. Connect to two devices via AUX at the same time, no plugging and switching needed.
- STUDIO SOUND QUALITY - Natural sound reproduction from 13mm silk dome tweeter and 4 inch full range unit
- REMOTE CONTROL - Adjust volume at your figure tips. Bass and treble control located on the side of main speaker.
- CLASSIC WOOD FINISH - High quality MDF wood build finished with wood effect vinyl serves as a great compliment to any home decor.
- SIDE PANEL CONTROLS - Use the side panel knobs to adjust the EQ to your liking. The controls are located on the active/powered speaker.
Travel and noise cancellation: ES850NB or WH950NB Gen 2
The roundup described the ES850NB as over-ear active-noise-cancelling headphones with 40 mm titanium-coated drivers and up to 45 dB of noise reduction. Treat the noise-reduction figure as a product claim, not a promise of the same reduction across all frequencies or in everyday use. The listing did not establish a comparable price or independent test result.
The WH950NB Gen 2 is the more clearly documented option in the available product information. Edifier’s U.S. page lists hybrid ANC, four microphones, LDAC, Bluetooth 5.4 and a stated 20 Hz–40 kHz frequency response. Edifier claims up to 80 hours of battery life; its laboratory figure was measured at 50% volume using SBC decoding, so use with ANC, another codec or higher volume can change runtime. The page also listed a 13-hour estimate from a 15-minute charge. These are manufacturer specifications, not independently measured results. See Edifier’s WH950NB Gen 2 U.S. product page.
When comparing either headphone, check comfort, microphone quality, multipoint behavior, wired listening, app support and battery life with the features you actually use. Codec support is useful only when the source device and listening setup support it.

Desktop gaming: G2000 Pro or G5000
The G2000 Pro listing cited by the roundup claims 64 W peak power and 32 W RMS, virtual 7.1 sound over USB and RGB lighting controlled through Hecate software. Verify the exact regional product page for the model suffix, software and included features before buying.
The G5000 is the larger, higher-output desktop option in the roundup, which listed 88 W RMS and Hi-Res-oriented hardware. More output power does not automatically mean better sound: placement, distortion, tuning and your listening distance matter. Gaming-oriented lighting or virtual-surround processing may be useful for a desk setup, but neither establishes music fidelity.
Portable listening: ES20 or ES60
The roundup described the ES20 as a 6 W RMS portable speaker with Bluetooth 5.4, stereo pairing and an IP67 water- and dust-resistance rating. IP67 applies to the exact model and does not mean every Edifier portable speaker is waterproof or suited to every kind of water exposure. The ES60 is the larger listed portable option, with 34 W RMS, Bluetooth 5.4 and dual-device support. Those output and feature claims come from product listings, not independent tests.
Rank #3

- UPDATED REMOTE CONTROL - Wireless remote for easy control of volume, mute/unmute, switch to OPT/COAX mode, line-in, and Bluetooth modes. Bass, treble, and volume control located on the side panel.
- SIDE PANEL CONTROLS - Use the side panel knobs to adjust the EQ to your liking. The controls are located on the active/powered speaker.
For outdoor use, confirm the rating on the exact regional model page and consider size, battery information, volume needs and how much bass you expect. Portability and protection are different priorities from room-filling sound.

The roundup described the QD35 as a 40 W RMS tabletop Bluetooth speaker with Hi-Res Audio support and a 35 W GaN charging system. It is a compact, single-unit style of setup; confirm its inputs and charging compatibility for your devices before purchase.
The ES300 was presented as a higher-end tabletop speaker with a 4-inch mid-low driver, two 1.25-inch silk-dome tweeters and a stated 30 W + 15 W × 2 RMS configuration. The S300 was positioned as an 80 W RMS high-fidelity tabletop system with retro styling. These product descriptions do not establish which speaker sounds better in your room. Compare inputs, physical dimensions, controls and placement needs rather than choosing by wattage alone.

Near-field and bookshelf listening: MR5 and other listed models
The MR5 is a three-way active monitor that the roundup listed at 110 W RMS with support for 24-bit/96 kHz audio over wired and wireless connections. “Studio monitor” describes a product category, not proof that it is suitable for professional monitoring in every room. Room acoustics, placement and voicing are central to that decision.
The roundup also included S2000MKIII, R2000DB and S880DB MKII bookshelf-style systems. It did not provide a complete set of verified sale prices or enough comparative testing to rank them. Before choosing among them, check the exact model generation, required inputs, footprint and whether the system is active or needs other components.
Adding low bass: T5s powered subwoofer
The T5s was listed with an 8-inch woofer, 70 W RMS, a stated 35 Hz low-frequency response, adjustable low-pass filtering from 30 Hz to 160 Hz and a phase selector. It is an add-on, not a complete speaker system. Buy it only if your existing speakers or receiver provide a compatible subwoofer connection and you want more low-end output. Set crossover and phase to integrate it with the main speakers; poor placement or an unsuitable setting can produce boomy bass. In a small desk setup, a shared-wall apartment or a space where neighbors are a concern, the extra bass may be a poor trade.

How to tell whether a sale price is worthwhile
A displayed discount percentage can be based on a comparison price that is not the product’s usual selling price. To assess value, check the exact model and generation at the seller you plan to use, compare at least one other established retailer, and account for shipping, tax, coupons, bundle requirements and stock. A retailer link does not establish the lowest price, and a limited-time label does not show how often a product reaches that price.
- Confirm the seller, region, exact model suffix and generation.
- Compare the offer with the product’s normal street price, not only the displayed list price.
- Check stock, shipping cost, delivery estimate, return terms and warranty coverage.
- For headphones, compare comfort, ANC use, microphones and codec compatibility alongside battery claims.
- For speakers, check inputs, active or passive design, subwoofer compatibility, footprint and intended listening distance.
- Distinguish peak power from RMS power. Neither figure alone proves sound quality, bass depth or distortion performance.

Edifier USA prices listed separately from Black Friday 2025
The 2025 promotion is over, so current U.S. deal and clearance listings should not be mistaken for its prices. The figures below were shown on Edifier USA pages in the available information and can change; check the listing before purchase. “Displayed comparison price” means the reference price shown beside the offer, not an independently verified usual street price.

Edifier USA’s current deals page and Last Chance Deals page may change their listings. Bottom line for shoppers revisiting the 2025 roundup
The 2025 Edifier sale is historical, and the published roundup does not substantiate a ranked list of the event’s best discounts. Its product range can still help identify a model type to research: ANC headphones for travel, compact speakers for a desk, portable models for outdoor listening, larger systems for home playback, and the T5s only as a compatible bass add-on. For a purchase now, use the current regional listing, verify the precise model and terms, and judge the offer against other sellers rather than treating an old Black Friday schedule or comparison price as evidence of savings.
The original article disclosed that it could contain affiliate links. That disclosure does not verify a price or make a retailer the cheapest option.
