The site also names The Burner Mining Company Limited as its UK company. Its contact page lists registered-office details in Hong Kong and the UK. These are statements published by the company; they have not been independently checked against corporate registries.

Before paying, establish which legal entity will be your seller and hosting counterparty. Verify that entity and its current status in the relevant official registry, then ensure the name on the invoice, payment instructions and contract matches. A website’s listing of registered-office details is not a substitute for confirming the entity or its responsibility for your order.

The Trustpilot profile surfaced for Bull Miners displayed a 2.3 score from 11 reviews, including one review in the preceding 12 months at the time the profile was checked. - Deployment and operation: Require a delivery and activation schedule, the facility address or location, how uptime is measured, what exclusions apply, and how downtime or delayed activation is handled.
- Repairs and curtailment: Clarify who pays for parts and labor, what counts as a covered repair, whether you can approve repairs, and whether the host can shut down or curtail equipment—and under what conditions.
- Ownership and exit: Check how the miner is identified as your property, whether insurance covers it and who bears loss, how you can inspect or retrieve it, what return or removal costs apply, and how termination works.
- Payouts: Confirm that rewards are routed to a wallet you control, how often payouts are made, and what fees or minimum thresholds apply.
Compare any offer with other hosts on the same terms: all-in energy and service cost, contract duration and exit rights, documented location and uptime, repair and curtailment responsibility, hardware insurance and return rights, payout routing, support response and independently verifiable customer experience. Without comparable, verified information, a claim to be Europe’s best provider cannot be substantiated.
