Supply figures from separate sources can have different scopes: Turbo’s site gives a supply figure, while CoinGecko labels its figure as circulating supply. How to compare the two before risking money
They are not equivalent opportunities simply because both are meme tokens. BTFD’s materials describe a presale and planned features; Turbo has public market data. - Confirm status and identity. For BTFD, establish whether a sale or claim is actually available and verify the official contract and chain. For Turbo, compare the contract address published by its site with an independent explorer and the market listing you intend to use.
- Check supply and distribution. Establish what is circulating now, what remains locked or reserved, and whether unlocks or allocations could change the amount available to trade. BTFD’s published allocation plan does not answer those current-distribution questions.
- Assess liquidity and venues. Look at current trading volume, spread, depth, and where trading occurs. A quoted price does not guarantee that a large order can be bought or sold near that price.
