That is the amount she is asking for—not a court award. The filing came after Hector sued White in 2024, seeking $10 million and making his own assault allegations. Neither party’s account is established as a court finding in the reporting reviewed.
What is the $20 million lawsuit about?
Complex reported that White’s March 27, 2026 cross-complaint alleges Hector assaulted her and violated a nondisclosure agreement (NDA). White reportedly seeks at least $20 million. A demand in a complaint is not the same as damages awarded by a court, and the available reporting does not establish that she has received any money.
White’s filing reportedly alleged four NDA violations and said the agreement set a $5 million penalty for each violation. The examples reported by Complex included references in songs, an appearance on Tasha K’s show, and merchandise using both parties’ names. These are claims described in White’s filing, not findings that Hector breached the agreement. Complex’s report on White’s cross-complaint.
What did Blac Chyna accuse Twin Hector of?
White reportedly admitted striking Hector on one occasion but said it was self-defense, alleging that he had hit her. Complex quoted her legal team describing the contact as “a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense performed solely to prevent further injury to herself.” That is her team’s characterization of the incident; the reviewed reporting does not establish it as a court finding.

In January 2026, Complex separately reported that White alleged Hector choked and spat on her during an argument in March 2023. Hector denied those allegations through his attorney, according to the report. That earlier reported allegation should not be treated as one of the claims in the March cross-complaint unless the filings establish that connection. Complex’s January 2026 report.
What does Twin Hector’s lawsuit say?
Hector, a musician born Taiyon Hector, sued White first. His 2024 lawsuit reportedly alleged that she attacked him while he was asleep in September 2021. He sought $10 million, according to Complex; the Los Angeles Times described his demand as more than $10 million. The Times reported that his suit included claims for civil assault, civil battery, emotional distress, and premises liability. Those remain allegations in the reporting, not adjudicated facts.

In response to her cross-complaint, Complex quoted Hector’s attorney, Kirk Edward Schenck: “In our opinion, [Chyna’s] Cross-Complaint is a frivolous pleading filed with the sole purpose of deflecting attention from her violence toward Twin Hector.” The statement is the attorney’s advocacy, not a court’s assessment. In coverage of Hector’s 2024 suit, the Los Angeles Times also quoted Schenck saying, “The right to be free from domestic violence is not limited to women.” Los Angeles Times report on Hector’s 2024 lawsuit.
How the lawsuit timeline fits together

Has either side won, or has the case been resolved?
The reporting available here does not verify the latest docket activity or a final ruling. It therefore does not establish that either party has won, that the case was dismissed, or that damages were awarded. The reported sums—White’s demand of at least $20 million and Hector’s demand of $10 million or more—are claims for relief, not proof of liability or amounts paid.
