At the time, the featured refurbished QuietComfort Headphones were listed for $229 and the Smart Ultra Soundbar for $599. Those are historical prices, not current quotes. Bose still lists certified-refurbished headphones and soundbars, but check the current price, stock, and terms on the store for your country before buying.
What the June 2025 Bose refurbished deal included
HotHardware’s June 18, 2025 report featured two products: Bose QuietComfort Headphones and the Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar. It listed the refurbished headphones at $229 and the refurbished soundbar at $599, and highlighted savings of up to $100 against Bose’s then-current refurbished list prices. These figures describe that promotion only; they should not be treated as today’s prices or savings. HotHardware’s June 2025 report

What Bose says certified refurbished means
Bose’s current Certified Refurbished store page says its products are cleaned, restored, and tested, with genuine Bose replacement parts used when needed. For products bought directly from Bose, the page currently states a one-year warranty and a 30-day return policy. Check the terms shown on your local Bose storefront and at checkout, since applicable terms can depend on country and order. Bose Certified Refurbished

How to decide whether refurbished Bose is worth buying
A lower price is useful only if the actual product, seller protections, and condition suit your needs. Compare the live refurbished price with the new equivalent, then review the seller’s warranty, return terms, condition description, and included accessories. A Bose-certified product bought directly from Bose is not the same proposition as a third-party-refurbished listing; check who refurbished it and who handles any return or warranty claim.

Headphones and a soundbar serve different jobs, so their prices are not directly comparable. Choose based on whether you need private listening and noise reduction or audio for a TV and shared room. The available sources do not establish an independent side-by-side listening test.

The specific “up to $100 off” promotion documented by HotHardware dates to June 18, 2025. It is not evidence of a live sale in 2026.
