The event has ended, so the offers below are a historical guide to what Amazon announced—not deals or prices available today.
What were Amazon’s Prime Day 2024 deals?
Amazon’s July 10 preview said Prime members worldwide would have access to more than five million deals. Its June 25 announcement described offers across more than 35 categories. Those figures were Amazon’s descriptions of the event, not independent assessments of the number or quality of discounts.
The preview named offers across Amazon devices, electronics, home, beauty, and school and dorm products. Amazon advertised up to 68% off select devices and bundles and up to 50% off select new Amazon devices. These were maximum advertised discounts on selected products, not typical savings or discounts available on every item.
Products Amazon highlighted
- Amazon devices and home technology: Echo Spot, Blink Mini 2, Ring Battery Doorbell Pro, eero Pro 6E, Fire TV devices, and bundles appeared in Amazon’s July preview.
- Other named offers: Amazon’s announcements highlighted Sony wireless headphones and Peloton products among early or invitation-only offers.
- More categories: Amazon also described offers involving beauty, school and dorm needs, groceries, entertainment, and travel. The announcements did not provide independent product testing or establish which offers represented the best value.
Because these are historical examples, a named product is not evidence that its 2024 offer remains available. Check a live listing and its current price before buying.

What were the early Prime Day deals?
Amazon said members could shop selected offers before the main event. Its June announcement also said influencer deal drops would run July 8–15, 2024. The announcements named products and described offer types, but do not establish that every previewed item was discounted throughout that period.
Amazon also said new deals could appear as often as every five minutes during selected periods of the event. That was a description of how frequently deals could be added, not a guarantee that a particular product would be discounted or remain in stock.

In its July 18, 2024 recap, Amazon reported that independent sellers sold more than 200 million items during Prime Day.
