2022–2023 BMW X3: the SUV option
If you need an SUV body style, compare the 2022 and 2023 X3. KBB identified the 2023 sDrive30i as the least expensive listed configuration in its 2026 Fair Purchase Price snapshot, at about $30,000. For the 2022 X3, Consumer Reports says the model is much more reliable than other vehicles of its model year based on its subscriber survey. Separately, KBB gives the 2023 X3 a 4.4-out-of-5 owner reliability rating. Arrange an independent inspection
Consumer Reports recommends an independent mechanic inspection before buying a used vehicle, including one sold as certified pre-owned. Is a BMW Certified Pre-Owned car worth considering?
BMW says its CPO process includes reviewing the vehicle history report, inspection and reconditioning, approvals, and a road test using BMW diagnostic equipment. Budget for maintenance using the specific car’s records
BMW maintenance schedules vary by model family and use the vehicle’s Condition Based Service indicators.
