For help with a Postmates order, start with the Postmates section of Uber Help or the support flow in the app. Use the confirmation email for a previous order, the tracking screen to coordinate with your delivery person, or the restaurant for certain order mistakes. 1. Use Postmates Help or the app for order support
Visit the Postmates section of Uber Help to browse support topics or search for your issue. For personalized help with an order, sign in and use the app’s contact-support flow, as described in Uber’s Postmates contact instructions. Chat is not available in every market, so the options shown to you may differ.
2. Use the confirmation email for a previous order
Find the confirmation email for the order and select “Customer Support” at the bottom. Uber Help documents this route for orders within seven days; see its instructions for getting support for a previous order. If the link is unavailable, sign in to the app and look for support options for that order.
3. Contact your delivery person from the tracking screen
Once a delivery person has been assigned, open the order tracking screen, tap “Contact,” then choose to call or message. The tracking screen also provides contact options while an order is on the way. This is useful for delivery coordination, not a substitute for reporting a missing order through support. Uber Help’s delivery-person contact instructions note that the person may be driving and unable to respond.

4. Contact the restaurant about certain order mistakes
If an order contains a mistake before it is delivered, Uber’s help page directs customers to contact the restaurant and provide their name and order details. See the guidance on an issue with an order. If you want to change an item rather than report a mistake, use the app’s help route; the restaurant may already have started preparing it, making a change impossible.
Report a missing order promptly
If the order never arrived, report it through the official support flow as soon as possible. Uber Help says, “Please contact us within 48 hours to get the best possible support experience.” It also warns that after that timeframe Uber may be unable to provide a refund or other resolution. Use the missing-order support instructions rather than relying only on a call or message to the delivery person.

Is there a Postmates customer-service phone number?
The reviewed official sources do not establish a general Postmates customer-service phone number for order support. Do not use the number for U.S. privacy requests to seek help with an order; it is for a different purpose. Uber does describe a limited Signature Support phone benefit for eligible U.S. Consumer American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders using Uber, Uber Eats, or Postmates.
