There is no verified, audited ranking of the 30 richest Real Housewives. The strongest recent figures are entertainment-publisher estimates, drawn from different franchises and dates, and some include wealth linked to a spouse or family. The clearest reported headline is Nina Ali at an estimated $1 billion in a 2026 Legit.ng ranking—but the article says much of that fortune is associated with her husband, Munaf Ali, so it should not be read as her independently verified personal net worth.
The available sources do not substantiate a 30-person all-time order. Rather than fill the gaps with unsupported numbers, this dated comparison presents the named estimates that can be attributed and explains why they cannot reliably be ranked against one another.

What “richest” means in these rankings
Celebrity net-worth figures are estimates, not audited disclosures. The reviewed publishers compile or report figures from publicly available estimates; they do not provide financial statements or a shared valuation method. A reported net worth may refer to a cast member’s assets, a household’s wealth, a spouse’s business interests, or family connections. Those are not interchangeable with money or property demonstrably owned by the cast member.
The figures below are in U.S. dollars as published. The 2026 estimates are from separate franchise-focused articles, not one simultaneous cross-franchise valuation. The older Diana Jenkins figure is included as a historical comparison, not as a current estimate.

Highest attributable estimates in the available coverage
| Person | Franchise | Published estimate | Source and date | What the source says about wealth |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nina Ali | The Real Housewives of Dubai | Estimated $1 billion | Legit.ng, 2026 | The article says much of the reported fortune is tied to her husband, Munaf Ali. It is not established as Ali’s individual, independently verified net worth. |
| Kathy Hilton | The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills | Estimated $350 million | Legit.ng, May 2026 | The article describes her wealth as largely tied to her marriage into the Hilton family; it does not establish how much she personally owns. |
| Natalie Swanston Fuller | The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills | Estimated $300 million | Legit.ng, May 2026 | The source reports this estimate; the reviewed information does not establish a comparable breakdown of individual, spouse, or family assets. |
| Kyle Richards | The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills | Estimated $100 million | Legit.ng, May 2026 | The source reports an estimate; a consistent, audited valuation methodology is not supplied. |
| Bethenny Frankel | The Real Housewives of New York City | Estimated $80 million | Legit.ng, June 2026 | The article says its list is compiled from published estimates; it does not provide audited financial records. |
| Diana Jenkins | The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills | Estimated $300 million | The Tab, 2023 | This older cross-franchise estimate is useful for illustrating variation over time, not for asserting a current valuation. |
Who is the richest Real Housewife?
Among the figures cited here, Nina Ali has the largest reported estimate: $1 billion in Legit.ng’s 2026 Dubai ranking. The same article says much of the wealth is tied to her husband, Munaf Ali. That makes it misleading to state without qualification that Ali personally has a $1 billion net worth. On an estimate that explicitly describes wealth as largely tied to a spouse or family, Kathy Hilton is reported at $350 million in Legit.ng’s May 2026 Beverly Hills article.
These are the highest figures surfaced in the available attributed coverage, not proof that either woman is the richest current or former cast member across every franchise. The sources do not establish a complete, common-method all-time comparison.
Rank #2
- Let the games begin! Own the genre-defining Saw horror series in all its grisly glory. Five-disc set includes: Saw (2004), Saw II (2005), Saw III (2006), Saw IV (2007), Saw V (2008), Saw VI (2009), Saw: The Final Chapter (2010) and Saw 3D: The Final Chapter (2010).

Why a definitive top 30 cannot be supported
- No common valuation date: the figures come from articles published in different years, including a 2023 cross-franchise estimate and separate franchise rankings published in 2026.
- No shared method: the publishers do not supply a consistent formula or audited statements for comparing assets, debts, businesses, property, and household wealth.
- Different wealth definitions: some reporting expressly links a figure to a spouse or family, while other entries do not give a comparable ownership breakdown.
- Unsettled eligibility: “Housewife” can mean a current cast member, a former cast member, or someone with a different on-screen role. The available rankings do not establish one all-time inclusion rule.
- Estimates change: a 2023 list put Diana Jenkins at $300 million, while a May 2026 list put Natalie Swanston Fuller at the same estimate. That is not a like-for-like comparison of the same person or a verification that the values remained current.
For those reasons, assigning 24 more names and precise ranks would create the appearance of a reliable list without evidence to support it. A careful comparison should label each number as an estimate, identify its publisher and date, and say whether the source attributes wealth to the individual or to a spouse or family.

On-screen affluence is not a balance sheet. A 2026 Daily Beast feature about Heather Dubrow notes that she disputed a claim that her husband’s wealth was inherited—a reminder not to infer the origin or ownership of wealth from lifestyle footage. Separately, a 2026 Atlantic feature on the franchise discusses how fame can support businesses and other income opportunities. Television scholar Martina Baldwin described the job’s continuation as conditional on performance: “They go on knowing that if they do well, if they perform to the network’s liking and to the production’s liking, they will have an opportunity to continue this job, much like a working actor.” This is context about potential work and business opportunities, not evidence of any cast member’s net worth.
