What is known about the reported presale amount
The 65,000 XRP figure in the supplied headline is not confirmed by the sources reviewed. In a GlobeNewswire release dated March 19, 2025, XRPTurbo said its presale had raised more than 100,000 XRP and sold more than 30% of a 300,000 XRP hard cap. Accordingly, neither 65,000 XRP nor more than 100,000 XRP should be reported as an independently established total. The available information does not settle the discrepancy or establish the presale’s current status.
Roadmap announcements are not proof of launch

What XRPTurbo publishes about XRT

Project announcements can explain a proposed product and its plans, but they do not by themselves establish that a presale total is accurate, a token is live, or a platform is operational.
