For the week ended October 9, 2026, U.S. Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana ETFs recorded a combined $1.248 billion in net outflows, while XRP ETFs brought in $11.31 million. XRP’s 13th consecutive week of inflows was a small offset—less than 1% of the three groups’ withdrawals, not enough to reverse the broader outflow.

Bitcoin: a negative week after three positive ones
The reported $681.1 million outflow reversed the direction of the preceding three weeks, when Bitcoin ETFs had recorded inflows. One week does not establish a sustained trend.
#1 Best Overall
Ethereum: withdrawals across all five sessions
Ethereum ETFs lost $542.07 million for the week, with outflows reported on each of its five sessions. The daily pattern shows the withdrawals were spread through the week rather than confined to a single reported session.
Solana: inflow run comes to an end
Solana ETFs recorded $24.81 million in outflows, ending a 14-week inflow run. The reversal was smaller in dollar terms than the Bitcoin and Ethereum outflows, but it changed the direction of the reported streak.
Rank #2
XRP: another positive week, but a small offset
XRP ETFs added $11.31 million, extending their inflow streak to 13 consecutive weeks. That persistence is notable, but the weekly inflow was too small to materially offset the withdrawals from the other three groups.

Why XRP ETF assets fell despite inflows
CryptoSlate reported XRP ETF net assets of $1.57 billion, down from $1.66 billion the prior week. Net flows measure money entering or leaving funds; net assets measure the value of what funds hold. Asset values can fall when the underlying crypto price declines, even if investors make net contributions. The reported decline in XRP ETF net assets therefore does not contradict the positive weekly flow.

How to read the figures
- Net flows are not the same as assets under management. Flows track net subscriptions and redemptions over a period; assets also reflect market-value changes.
- The totals are for one week. The $1.248 billion combined outflow is not a year-to-date or cumulative figure.
- The comparison is descriptive, not causal. The flow data alone do not say why investors moved money, nor do they establish future price direction.
- Attribution matters. The figures are reported by CryptoSlate, which attributes them to SoSoValue’s U.S. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and XRP ETF tables. The linked tables were inaccessible when the report was checked, so the underlying daily records could not be independently verified here.
