Who is Ann Kelly, HHHunt’s incoming CEO?
Kelly joined HHHunt in 2001 and spent her first decade as controller for HHHunt Homes, working in the company’s home-construction business. She later held finance and accounting leadership roles, including vice president of finance and accounting and senior vice president of finance and risk management. HHHunt named her CFO in 2019; the company says she leads corporate finance and accounting across its business lines.
Her career at HHHunt spans homebuilding and company-wide finance. That background provides context for an internal succession, but it does not by itself establish how the company’s future performance will change. HHHunt identifies Kelly as a Virginia Tech graduate and notes her board involvement with the Goochland Education Foundation, GoochlandCares, and Virginia Tech’s Blackwood School of Real Estate.
