The only specific figure we can attribute is an estimate of $1 billion from Wealthy Gorilla, a wealth-profile publisher. Treat it as that publisher’s estimate, not a confirmed number.
The short answer
The most-cited number is $1 billion, published by Wealthy Gorilla in a profile first dated January 2026 and last updated on 29 September 2026. That profile itself says Al Mana Group’s valuation and Wissam’s personal salary are confidential, and that the often-assumed equal split of ownership among the three brothers is unconfirmed. Wissam’s official biography confirms his senior role in the group but does not disclose his personal ownership stake or personal assets. No financial filing or personal disclosure supports a specific net worth.
Where the $1 billion figure comes from
The Wealthy Gorilla net worth page is a secondary estimate. It is a useful reference point, but it is not a Forbes figure and it is not drawn from a public valuation of the group. Any reuse of the number should name Wealthy Gorilla and call it an estimate, and should note the September 2026 update date.
Who Wissam Al Mana is in the business
According to his official website, Wissam Al Mana is a Board Member and Co-Managing Director of Al Mana Group and directs group operations. The biography says the group in its current format was created in 2003 by Wissam and his two older brothers. That establishes his management role. It does not establish how much of the company he owns, or what that stake is worth.

What Al Mana Group covers
The official biography describes Al Mana as a Qatari conglomerate with activities spanning:
- Automotive distribution and services
- Real estate and investments
- Luxury and fashion retail
- Food and beverage
- Technology, media and entertainment
The group operates principally in Qatar, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The official site describes a network of more than 300 outlets.
An independent listing corroborates the scale without valuing it. Forbes Middle East’s 2025 Top 100 Arab Family Businesses ranked Almana Group at number 82. Its entry says the group operates in more than 10 sectors, runs 30 businesses and represents more than 100 international brands. These are group-level details, not a measure of any individual’s wealth. See the Forbes Middle East profile.
Why turnover is not net worth
The figure most often mistaken for a fortune is group turnover. The official site says 2023 turnover was expected to exceed USD 2 billion. That is a forecast of sales for the whole group, and it tells you nothing about profit, debt, the value of the company, or what any one family member personally holds.

What remains undisclosed

- Wissam’s personal salary, which the same profile describes as confidential
- Whether the three brothers hold equal shares, which the profile says is unconfirmed
- His personal ownership stake, assets and liabilities
What he has said publicly
In an interview with Hassan Al-Saleh published in L’Officiel Issue 09 in March 2016, Wissam said: “I always strive to achieve the best in whatever I commit to and have learnt so much from my travels across the globe. These two qualities have helped me reach where I am today in my professional life, and for that I can only be grateful.” The official site’s L’Officiel page hosts the interview. The remark concerns his work ethic, not his finances.

Use this checklist before accepting any figure for a private businessperson:
Rank #4
- Complete 7-book collection featuring Percy Jackson's adventures through Greek mythology by bestselling author Rick Riordan
- Includes all major titles from Lightning Thief through Greek Gods and Greek Heroes
- Follow Percy's journey as the son of Poseidon battling monsters and saving Olympus in this beloved fantasy series
- Identify the publisher. A named estimate from a wealth-profile site is different from a list built on a published methodology or a valuation from a regulator or transaction.
- Check the date. Note both the first publication and the last update. Wealthy Gorilla’s figure is dated 2026 and the group’s own turnover figure refers to 2023.
- Check whether the number is personal or corporate. Turnover, revenue and group rankings are not personal wealth.
- Look for ownership and debt. A credible personal valuation should explain the stake held and the liabilities netted against it. If it does not, treat the figure as a rough guess.
- Look for a stated limit. Estimates that admit confidential salary or valuation data, as this one does, should be quoted with that caveat attached.
For Forbes, its real-time billionaires list explains how its tracker works, but that general description does not establish any figure for Al Mana. Do not read inclusion or exclusion from it as confirmation either way.
The company’s own news archive, at the official news page, carries older business interviews and coverage if you want primary statements on the group’s direction.
