His own website describes a broader South Florida practice focused on luxury homes, condominiums and seasonal rentals. Public profiles show his credentials and some dated sales entries, but they do not establish that he has raised standards across Palm Beach’s luxury market. That distinction matters: the available record describes how he markets his services, not a comparative measure of service quality or market-wide impact.
Who is Cass Riese?
Coldwell Banker Realty lists Riese as a Sales Associate serving Palm Beach and identifies his office in Delray Beach. The profile lists the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Coldwell Banker’s agent profile also says he grew up working with his father, Florida developer David Riese, and attributes the development of L’Ermitage condominiums on Palm Beach Island and the 167-unit Imperial on Brickell to his father. That family background is information presented by the brokerage, rather than independently verified development history.
What areas and property types does he advertise?
Riese’s own website promotes South Florida luxury homes, condominiums and seasonal rentals, naming Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The site asks prospective clients whether they are “Looking for oceanfront, waterfront, country club, luxury or seasonal properties?” and describes help finding homes and condominiums. These are the areas and property categories his site advertises; they do not by themselves establish transaction volume or expertise in each market.
What services does his website describe?
- Property searches: His site says he searches MLS listings and Coldwell Banker Private Exclusive opportunities.
- Remote viewings: It advertises live remote property tours for clients who cannot tour in person.
- Private Exclusive opportunities: The site says, “As a Coldwell Banker agent, I can also help you discover Private Exclusive opportunities that may not be publicly marketed.” This is a description of a brokerage offering and an agent’s own marketing claim, not a guarantee that an off-market property will be available or suitable.
- Seasonal rentals: Seasonal properties are among the categories listed on the site. Prospective clients should confirm current availability, representation terms and any rental-specific conditions directly.
Riese’s A1A Ocean Homes website is the source for these service descriptions.

What does the public transaction record show?
Realtor.com lists Florida license number 3042102 and dated transaction entries, including a Jensen Beach sale listed at $355,000 on April 17, 2026, and a Lake Worth sale listed at $540,000 on April 30, 2025. Those entries are specific to the properties and dates shown; they are not a measure of current market conditions or proof of a luxury-market sales record.
Realtor.com’s profile cautions that it does not display all sold data from all MLS areas. Its entries should therefore be treated as a partial public record, not a complete accounting of Riese’s transactions.

What do the award and experience claims establish?
Coldwell Banker’s profile says Riese received the company’s International Sterling Society award; his own website also mentions the award and claims “20+ years” of experience. The pages reviewed do not specify an award year, substantiate the tenure claim independently or provide a comparative ranking. These details are best understood as profile and agent-site claims, rather than evidence of a particular level of performance relative to other agents.
How does Senior Moves fit into his service offering?
Coldwell Banker Senior Moves describes help with preparing a home for sale and moving, including decluttering, cleaning, repairs, landscaping, staging and move-in assistance. The page directs readers to Cass Riese for information. This supports a service connection, but the page does not describe referral-payment terms or establish that every listed service is included in a real estate engagement. Read the Senior Moves service description and ask which services are available, who provides them and what they cost.

Does the evidence show that he elevates Palm Beach market standards?
“Continues to elevate Palm Beach luxury market standards” is a promotional characterization, not a conclusion demonstrated by the available public evidence. The profiles describe his advertised services, background, designation, award claim and selected transaction entries. They do not compare client outcomes or service quality across agents, establish a market-wide benchmark, or show that his work changed standards across Palm Beach. A buyer or seller can use the public profiles as a starting point, then assess fit through a direct conversation and a review of relevant, verifiable experience.
