Omnicore Health describes itself as an enrollment assistance service for individual and family health insurance—not as the insurer offering one universal Omnicore plan. Whether you can enroll in a Marketplace plan depends on your circumstances and where you live. Under HealthCare.gov’s general rules, you must live in the United States, be a U.S. citizen or national or be lawfully present, and not be incarcerated. Financial assistance and enrollment timing are separate questions, and an official Marketplace application is needed to determine your options.

What does Omnicore Health offer?

Omnicore says it helps individuals and families review health insurance options, coverage, and costs and assists with enrollment. Its application requests details such as your address, state, ZIP code, expected annual income, current coverage, and household or dependent information. Those details help determine which options may be available in your area.

The application also includes consent choices related to submitting information to the Marketplace and allowing Omnicore to select or change a plan on your behalf. Read those authorizations carefully and understand what you are permitting before signing. Omnicore’s materials do not establish that it is the insurer or that one specific plan is available to every applicant. Omnicore’s description of its service and its enrollment application explain the company’s process.

Who can generally enroll in Marketplace coverage?

HealthCare.gov lists three general conditions: you must live in the United States, be a U.S. citizen or national or be lawfully present, and not be incarcerated. “Lawfully present” is broader than being a citizen or permanent resident, so Omnicore’s shorter FAQ wording should not be treated as a complete statement of the federal rule.

HealthCare.gov distinguishes people serving a sentence in jail or prison from people held while charges are pending disposition. Someone held pending disposition may apply if otherwise eligible. Review HealthCare.gov’s eligibility guide for the general criteria and how they apply to your situation.

Does being eligible for coverage mean you qualify for savings?

No. Eligibility to enroll in a Marketplace plan and eligibility for financial assistance are different determinations. Your expected household income and household details can affect whether you qualify for a premium tax credit or cost-sharing reductions. Depending on your income, state, and other circumstances, Medicaid or CHIP may be a more appropriate option. The Marketplace application determines eligibility based on the information you provide.

Omnicore describes financial assistance such as advance premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions, but that does not mean every applicant qualifies or receives a $0 premium. Its page’s statement about customer premiums is a company marketing claim; the page does not disclose a supporting dataset, method, or time period. Treat your own Marketplace result—not a broad promotional claim—as the basis for estimating your costs.

When can you enroll?

HealthCare.gov’s general guide lists Open Enrollment as November 1 through January 15. Outside Open Enrollment, you generally need to qualify for a Special Enrollment Period to enroll in or change a Marketplace plan. Examples of events that may qualify include losing health coverage, moving, getting married, or having a baby. Requirements and deadlines depend on the event and your individual facts; not every change automatically qualifies.

Medicaid and CHIP applications are accepted year-round. How do you find out what you can get?

  1. Apply through HealthCare.gov or your state Marketplace. Use the Marketplace serving your state and provide accurate information about your residence, household, expected annual income, and current coverage.
  2. Review your eligibility result. It will show whether you can enroll, whether financial assistance may be available, and whether Medicaid or CHIP may be an option.
  3. Compare the plans offered in your ZIP code. Look at the monthly premium after any tax credit, deductible and other out-of-pocket costs, covered benefits, provider and hospital networks, and prescription coverage.
  4. Review any enrollment authorization. If you work with Omnicore, understand what its consent choices allow it to do before you authorize Marketplace submissions or plan selections or changes.

Omnicore says its representatives can assist with comparisons and enrollment, but the plan, insurer, costs, and eligibility determination depend on your application and location. The available materials do not identify one nationwide list of plans or carriers. For application and enrollment guidance, consult HealthCare.gov’s application and enrollment information.
