NECA announced a 1:1 Baby Beetlejuice replica doll based on the unsettling character in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. It is a retail collectible, not the expressive puppet used on set. Gizmodo reported its 2024 launch price as $130, but that historical price and the expected September 2024 shipment do not establish what it costs or whether it is available now.
What is the Baby Beetlejuice collectible?
It is NECA’s Baby Beetlejuice 1:1 replica doll, modeled on the breakout character from Tim Burton’s 2024 sequel. Gizmodo reported the announcement on September 7, 2024, including NECA’s description of it as a “life-size replica doll.” That means the collectible is intended to represent the character at a 1:1 scale; it does not mean it is the original prop used in filming.
How does the NECA doll compare with the film puppet?
The movie puppet and the retail replica serve different purposes. The puppet was operated by multiple puppeteers and could move its head and eyes and make expressions. NECA’s doll is a display collectible with limited articulation and posable eyes; Gizmodo described it as less expressive than the film puppet. The available product description does not say that the doll reproduces the puppet’s internal mechanisms.
Justin Theroux, who appears in the film, praised the on-set prop: “That was my favorite prop in the whole movie—like, an incredible piece of machinery and artwork. It is a sculpture and it’s a character in its own right. It’s so funny.” His comment refers to the film puppet, not NECA’s retail version.

Where can you buy it, and what does it cost now?
Gizmodo reported that NECA’s 2024 announcement listed the doll at $130 through NECA Store, with shipment expected in late September 2024. Those details describe the original launch offer and forecast, not a current price, delivery estimate, or stock status. The report does not establish whether the doll remains available, what current sellers charge, or whether any listing is authorized. Check NECA Store or other sellers directly for current availability and verify that a listing is for the Baby Beetlejuice replica rather than another Beetlejuice item.
