Update: The latest verified buying information available for this guide is from August 2026, so the 2025 date in the original headline is outdated. If you want a genuine Labubu—not a counterfeit or an overpriced marketplace listing—the safest approach is to start with POP MART’s own sales channels, then compare the final price after shipping, tax, and any active promotion.
Where to buy authentic Labubu dolls online
Labubu products are sold as figures, vinyl plush dolls, plush pendants, blind boxes, and larger MEGA collectibles. The seller matters more than the marketplace name: Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other platforms can contain both official and independent listings.
1. POP MART’s official U.S. website
The most direct option is POP MART’s U.S. website. You can browse through POP MART → Toys → Labubu, open POP MART → Collections → The Monsters, or search for “Labubu.”
Recent U.S. catalog examples include:
| Product example | Displayed price |
|---|---|
| LABUBU Jazz Figure | $39.99 |
| LABUBU Summer Ride Figure | $43.99 |
| LABUBU Time to chill-Vinyl Plush Doll | $82.99 |
| MEGA LABUBU 400% Tenth Anniversary | $314.90 |
| MEGA LABUBU 1000% Tenth Anniversary | $1,269.90 |
Prices and inventory can change quickly. When a product is unavailable, the page may show “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE.” That notification is not a guaranteed restock reservation or restock date.

2. POPMART US SHOP on TikTok Shop
POP MART’s verified TikTok storefront is named POPMART US SHOP and is marked OFFICIAL SHOP. It carries products such as blind-box pendants and vinyl plush items.
Do not assume every Labubu listing on TikTok Shop is official. Open the seller profile before paying and confirm the exact seller name. A third-party TikTok seller may be reselling an authentic item, but it does not automatically have POP MART authorization.
3. POPMART’s Amazon storefront
Amazon has an official POPMART storefront, but a general Amazon search for “Labubu” is not enough to verify a listing. Check both:
- that you reached the item through the official POPMART storefront; and
- that the product page identifies the official POP MART seller, rather than an unrelated marketplace merchant.
Independent sellers and resellers can appear alongside official inventory. Read the Sold by and Ships from fields instead of relying only on the product title or photographs.

How to get a better Labubu price
Use the current member shipping threshold
As of the latest verified POP MART U.S. FAQ, registered members receive free shipping on eligible U.S. orders over $159. The threshold is based on the qualifying product subtotal, excluding shipping and tax, and the customer must be logged in. Guest checkout does not receive the member shipping rate.

The threshold was previously $199 and changed to $159 effective May 26, 2026, at 18:15 Beijing Time. That change is a useful reminder to check the current FAQ before assuming an older shipping minimum still applies.
POP NOW orders have a separate U.S. free-shipping threshold of $29. Do not add unnecessary products merely to reach free shipping unless the extra item costs less than the shipping charge you would otherwise pay.
Compare the landed price, not just the sticker price
When comparing an official listing with a reseller, calculate:
Product price + shipping + tax − valid discount = amount paid
A $10 cheaper marketplace listing may stop being a bargain after shipping, sales tax, buyer protection differences, or the risk of receiving a counterfeit. Conversely, buying extra figures solely to qualify for free shipping can cost more than paying the original shipping fee.
Earn points, but do not treat them as instant cash
POP MART says members earn one point per dollar actually paid on eligible website and app purchases. Points expire after 365 days. Approved reviews can earn 5 points for text-only reviews or 10 points for text plus a photo, with a maximum of 10 review points per order.

These rewards are a small offset, not a reason to buy an item you do not want. Check the current account terms before assigning a dollar value to points.
Be cautious with coupon-code websites
POP MART promotions and coupons are campaign-based. A code shown on a coupon website may be expired, restricted to certain products, or completely unverified. Treat a discount as real only when it appears in the current official promotion terms or applies in the U.S. checkout before payment.
There is no permanent Labubu coupon code that should be presented as universally valid. A reseller’s “sale” price is also not proof of a discount; compare it with the current official price and verify the seller.
Blind boxes: the cheapest-looking option can be unpredictable
A standard blind box does not let you choose a particular character. Secret figures have series-specific probabilities, and buying several individual boxes does not guarantee a complete collection.
Recommended Free Tools
Duplicates are normally considered an expected result when individual boxes are purchased. A duplicate inside a purchased whole set may qualify for after-sales support after POP MART verifies the order and issue.
POP MART may fulfill individual-box orders as separate boxes or as a whole set depending on available stock. It does not guarantee that several separate purchases will contain every figure.

POP NOW is different from a sealed blind box
POP NOW reveals the digital result immediately after purchase. That can reduce uncertainty if you are choosing among available digital reveals, but once the online box is opened, POP MART treats it as consumed. You generally cannot return it simply because you dislike the revealed character.
Shipping and cancellation details
POP MART says U.S. orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Depending on inventory, the package may ship from the United States or China:
| Origin | Estimated delivery after processing |
|---|---|
| United States | 3–7 business days |
| China | 7–15 business days |
Possible carriers include UPS, USPS, 4PX, and DHL. One order may be split into multiple shipments, so check for more than one tracking number.
To track an order, use My Account → My Orders → select the order → Order Details → Tracking Info.
To request cancellation, use My Account → My Orders → select the order → Cancel. The button appears only while the order has not entered the shipping process. POP NOW and MEGA Collection orders are not eligible for self-service cancellation.
After payment, an address generally cannot be changed. For a technical address error, POP MART says to contact customer service within one hour of payment.

How to check whether a Labubu is authentic
- Find the holographic label on the box.
- Scratch off the coating to reveal the verification code.
- Open POP MART’s official authenticity-verification page.
- Select QR Verify.
- Enter the code and select Verify.
A result stating “QR code scan result is genuine – First scan” is the clearest outcome. Results such as “Multiple scans” or “Exceeded maximum scan count limit” do not automatically prove the item is fake; they indicate prior scans or that the scan limit has been reached. Keep the purchase receipt and contact POP MART if the result does not make sense.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission warned about counterfeit Labubu dolls on August 18, 2025. It identified indicators of authentic products including a holographic POP MART sticker, a scannable code leading to POP MART’s website, and, on newer editions, a UV stamp on one foot. Counterfeit toys may also fail applicable safety requirements or contain unsafe small parts.
Returns, defects, and damaged packages
For official POP MART U.S. online orders, report an eligible issue within 15 days of delivery. Keep the order number or receipt and be prepared to provide photographs or an unpacking video. Severe shipping-box damage should be reported within 72 hours with photos or video.
A change of mind or disappointment with a blind-box character is generally not a valid return reason. If you bought from Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Walmart, or another independent marketplace seller, start the dispute or after-sales request with the original seller or platform.

FAQ
What is the safest place to buy Labubu online?
POP MART’s official U.S. website, app, physical stores, and ROBOSHOP vending machines are the safest starting points. POP MART also operates official TikTok and Amazon storefronts, but verify the seller identity on those platforms before ordering.
Does buying multiple Labubu blind boxes guarantee the full set?
No. Separate individual blind boxes can contain duplicates, and POP MART does not guarantee that several individual purchases will include every character. A duplicate in a purchased whole set may receive after-sales support after verification.
How can I verify a Labubu is real?
Scratch the holographic box label to reveal the code, then use POP MART’s official verification page and select QR Verify. Also retain your receipt and inspect the packaging for the holographic POP MART sticker and other identifying features.
Can I return a Labubu if I dislike the character I opened?
Usually not. POP MART generally does not accept returns merely because a buyer dislikes a blind-box reveal or changes their mind. POP NOW purchases are treated as consumed once opened, and third-party purchases must follow the original seller’s or platform’s policy.
The Bottom Line
For an authentic Labubu at a sensible total cost, begin with POP MART’s U.S. channels and compare the final checkout price rather than an advertised sticker price. Use the $159 member-shipping threshold only when the extra purchase makes financial sense, and avoid treating unverified coupon codes or unusually cheap marketplace listings as genuine deals. If you buy from Amazon or TikTok Shop, seller verification is essential.
