Starbucks has not confirmed in the reviewed official materials that they have returned, so check with local stores for current availability.
What were the Starbucks Spicy Lemonade Refreshers?
Starbucks announced the drinks on April 15, 2024, for a U.S. launch the following day. The company described them as available for a very limited time in spring, while supplies lasted. Each paired the sweetness of a Refresher with lemonade and its Spicy Chili Powder Blend. Starbucks’ launch announcement named three flavors:

The announcement does not establish that one drink was hotter than another; all three shared the same listed lemonade-and-chili base.
Was Spicy Cream Cold Foam one of the drinks?
No. Spicy Cream Cold Foam was a separate customization, made with Starbucks classic cold foam and Spicy Chili Powder Blend. Starbucks said customers could add it to any beverage, and cited Cold Brew and Iced Chai Tea Latte as examples. It was not a fourth lemonade Refresher flavor.

Are the spicy Refreshers still available?
Starbucks framed the 2024 drinks as a very limited spring offer, available while supplies lasted. The official materials reviewed do not confirm a later return or current store inventory. If you want to try one, contact or check the ordering menu for your local Starbucks; a past launch announcement is not evidence that it is on the menu now.
What current alternatives are related?
Starbucks’ April 2026 menu announcement says Refreshers could be prepared with water, lemonade, or coconutmilk, and that the category also included Energy Refreshers with caffeine and B vitamins. The announcement says all Refreshers could be made caffeine-free. These are current category details, not confirmation that the spicy 2024 drinks returned. For an at-home option, Nestlé announced U.S. Starbucks Refreshers Concentrates in Strawberry Açaí, Mango Dragonfruit, and Lime Watermelon, to be mixed with water, milk, or lemonade over ice. These are separate products; Nestlé does not describe them as spicy or as reproducing the former menu drinks. Nestlé’s product announcement lists the varieties and preparation options.
