Contact support if the account still looks wrong
If the position is missing or its details remain inconsistent after you check the market and account, contact Polymarket through its official support chat or email [email protected]. Include the market URL, outcome, approximate trade time, relevant wallet or account identifier, and transaction hash if available. Never share a seed phrase or private key.
