Hotel dining: District DTLA
District DTLA is identified by The Bloc as the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles’s signature restaurant and bar. The restaurant describes its food as contemporary American, with farm-to-table ingredients and seasonal flavors, and has an indoor dining room and outdoor patio. Its page lists breakfast Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 to 10:30 a.m.; it also says a breakfast buffet is served daily. Check District DTLA’s page for current details.
What should office visitors know?
The Bloc has an office tower and a street-level lobby near UNIQLO at 700 S. Flower Street. The published visitor directions establish the lobby location but do not specify procedures for individual office tenants, so confirm access and appointment instructions with the person or business you are visiting.

How do you get to The Bloc?
By Metro
The Bloc connects to 7th Street/Metro Center. Its visitor page directs rail passengers to follow signs for the Hope Street exit; after the turnstiles, the entrance to the center is to the right, at Plaza level behind Starbucks. The Bloc lists this entrance as open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and closed Sunday. Confirm current entrance hours and station conditions before traveling. On foot, by rideshare, or by car
- Walking: The grand retail entrance is on 7th Street between Hope and Flower. Additional pedestrian entrances are on Flower and Hope at mid-block crossings between 7th and 8th Streets.
- Rideshare: The Bloc directs drivers to enter 700 W. 7th Street for drop-off at the grand retail entrance.
- Driving: The visitor page directs office and retail drivers to the Flower Street garage entrance, on the left when traveling south on Flower. Follow on-site signs for the office lobby, shops, food and drink, or cinema.
How much does parking cost?
The Bloc’s visitor page lists the following parking rates. Rates and validation policies can change, so check the official parking information before you go.

Alamo, JOEY DTLA, HATCH, and UNIQLO are listed as validating in-store. For other retail, The Bloc says to take the parking ticket and retail receipt to the valet desk for validation. Payment is listed at pay stations or by credit card at the exit.

Accessible parking and EV charging
The Bloc says accessible parking is available on all nine levels of the structure and describes ramps, elevators, signage, and access assistance through its concierge. The visitor page lists EV charging on the valet level and self-parking levels 5 and 7, identifies ChargePoint, and posts a rate of $2 per hour for the first three hours and $20 per hour thereafter. Check current charger availability and rates on the visitor page before relying on them.
